This was the best Uhaul I’ve ever used! Mainly because Matt was so kind. I had a family emergency and he helped me brainstorm contingency plans. Then without my asking at all, he waived the fee for an extra day - their system was down so he did it for the inconvenience. Would go here every move if I could!
