I visited the store for amazon return. The tall person at the counter was very rude. He was not even taking the packaging box for trashing - he asked me to take it back and trash it at home. Very rude and very unprofessional - wish we had another UPS store nearby but I will still try not to go there again.

AMAZON RETURNS - TAKE NOTE. This UPS location will not scan QR codes for Amazon returns. The rep told me to call UPS and get a label. Instead, I drove to another UPS store in Plainsboro and they had no problem whatsoever with the QR code and processing the package.

2nd time I’ve used this store. Not completely sold yet. Sales reps seem like someone who is counting the hours till day is over. No explanation on what I need and should buy to ship a package. Just rings up a bill and charges me $30. Note USPS only charged $10 for this package to get to me. Now I’m returning it to the original sender. Maybe I caught them on off day.
Update, owner responds same day as my post to contact them. I sent email with details same day. 2 days later and No response….

This is by far the worst place to bring packages. They always want you to buy something where it's tape or some bag or a brown box when your package is already in a brown box. The woman behind the counter is downright nasty. Bring packages somewhere else but here

Rude. Would give zero stars if it could. Avoid like the plague. Go anywhere else to ship your packages or return Amazon packages. Just awful service.
