Go elsewhere- terrible customer service. Extremely rude young male employee who makes this every trip here just painful. I don’t know why the owners would have someone like this representing their business. I have also witnessed him being extremely condescending to the elderly. Just awful. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

The google map says they close at 6:30, but when I arrive 2-3min earlier to drop off, they already locked the door and ignore me.

Horrible customer service experience today morning by one of the staff members at the location. I had earlier bad experiences with the same individual but decided to keep quiet. I was waiting patiently in the queue waiting for my returns while there was only one person helping other customers. The other representative then walks over to help but in the meanwhile I was just responding to a text and then start the transactions. Also note that there was no one behind me waiting and I asked him to just finish my sentence and started taking out my materials to be shipped. However in the mean while the representative helping me just threw my stuff placed on the counter to the side and asked me to step away (all i needed was 10 seconds and i had mentioned that) and no one waiting.I had seen similar feedbacks about unprofessional behavior and based on the description provided seems to be the same individual. I decided to walk away without completing my transaction and would definitely move away from the store for further business.

Needed to fax medical info to specialist for appointment next week. Charged $1.99 for cover sheet, total $18 and change for 10 pages. I nearly fell on the floor, guessing total charge would be about five dollars. Guess I'll beg someone to connect fax part of my printer...

Staff was friendly. I had a domestic and international package to go out and I had no idea how to do it. It was easy. Also I now know I can bring papers to be shredded over there and it’s convenient ! Great staff at this store !

I 100 % agree with the other customer reviews describing the horrible customer service. I reluctantly visited that location this afternoon because I've had negative experiences with a certain employee who works there, young, tall, white male in his 20's I believe. I needed to return a camera. I brought it in a box for packaging, printed out the return label and placed it on the counter. He said I needed to tape up the box myself, that it was stated in the return label instructions. Otherwise, he said, if we do it there is a $2 charge. I told him I went to the West Windsor location to return similar items and they taped the box up for me. I was very upset and told this person that. I wasted my time and didn't return the item. This character is rude, unprofessional and I'm perplexed as to why this person hasn't been fired yet! Moving foward, I'll give my buisness to the West Windsor location.

Place was a bit rude with me and unhelpful. The guy working there is just telling you what to do without giving you proper help. The lady here was helpful, but they still wasted my time doing a delivery for my customer. Asking for cash for the printing of labels. I understand all places can decline the use of card, but for $5 minimum? That's a nuisance to have tk drive to the bank and back. I'm not happy with this experience.

Came to return amazon and put 2 boxes on the counter and a male employee decided to serve a guy behind me first, who came after me. He told him that he can put his box on the counter and he will check him out quickly. Seriously??? I am standing with the return code ready in my hands and waiting for someone who came after me to be served first. And this is while my young kids have to wait extra time in the car because of the shameful behavior of the male employee. Shame on this location, not coming here again.

The store in Monroe is always busy. However, the employees do a great job of attending to the customers, even the impatient ones!

The manager Akash did a great job multitasking with my transaction and a few others. I appreciate the ease in which he served multiple customers. Patience is such a virtue.
