Mailman pulled up to mail box and did not get out to put mail in mailbox. Even though the law says he's required too. The box was blocked by the neighbors car. He made no effort. After reading other reviews here, I don't think the post office cares.

i went for fingerprints and they said it was all good and then i paid $50 and then it was like the fingerprints are bad u canāt use them and no refund and i have to repay $50 for their mistake⦠go to a private fingerprint place to not waste ur money!!

This place offers consistently poor service, staffed by careless individuals. The USPS driver nearly caused an accident, and our mail is frequently delivered to the wrong address, even though we've lived in Monroe for over ten years.

I had a confirmed passport appointment at the USPS Monroe Township office, only to be turned away without a valid reason. This level of incompetence and disregard for peopleās time is unacceptable. The staff was unhelpful, offering vague excuses instead of solutions. Itās incredibly frustrating to follow the correct process only to be met with inefficiency and poor customer service. The USPS must address this mismanagement to prevent others from facing the same unnecessary hassle.

I would give it 0 rating , the Indian lady is so rude , I came for my passport application, and I forgot to bring my DS11, she is like giving me rude facial expressions saying oh you didnāt do it yet ,rolling her eyes and tells me go and do it , I got it ,it was my fault , she can cancel my slot , but she can not roll her eyes and be rude !! If you donāt enjoy your job then quit please , there is no point of being rude while you are doing a public service.

Iād give this place zero stars if I could. We visited the office a month ago to do a change of address (within the township). After waiting in a long line because of only 2 clerks, we were given the forms to complete and told to go back in line (even though we had it done within a minute with all documentation ready). Meanwhile, other customers were cutting in line and coming back to the counter and being taken back.
And itās been over 4 weeks, we have yet to receive our mail when the usps website states 7-10 days. Our cross country mail forwarding was faster than this!
Worst postal office, do not recommend this branch.

I am not typically a reviewer, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any form of service industry in my life. I came to get fingerprinted today and the woman serving me was the most rude person Iāve ever met. She gave me no direction aside from roughly handling my hand as well as roughly pushing and pulling my arm, and then becoming unnecessarily frustrated when I wasnāt placing my hand right. When I asked for more clear direction, she began to raise her voice and laugh at me, saying she had given me directions and it was my fault that the device was not working. All she had said was, āput four finger here,ā and then attempted to manipulate my hand for me. The manager came in and was just as rude and dismissive. I was polite the whole time to no avail. They made me leave without fulfilling the service because I was ādoing it wrong.ā I clarified I had just gone to identogo with no problems and that maybe if they helped me place my hands, I would be able to get the prints correctly, to which they became even more defensive and dismissive. They made me feel embarrassed and like it was my fault without even trying to help or provide any direction. Hands down the most demeaning experience Iāve ever had. USPS, do better please.
