After seeing the reviews it has come to my decision that I must sue the USPS for tolerating such ignorance towards the customers. Many people have either lost or waited for their package after a long process just for the mail workers to apologize for their so called "delay".Out of every location Township New Jersey is the worse case scenario that the world has to deal with.

My giant box of Bath & body works never made it out of here, it's been here for over 2 weeks.. I guess it was just too tempting to the lowlife who's stealing packages regularly judging by the amount of lost items this usps gets.

This is the worst delivery service ever. The item was shipped via Pitney Bowes from Ohio to NJ, took 3 days, the item sat in limbo form noon on the date it arrived in NJ for 4 more days. USPS claims they have not yet received the package and no delivery date has been published. The receiving depot is about 20 miles from my home. The item would have been delivered faster by mule train than using Pitney Bowes and USPS. Last time I ever agree to use this combination for a package delivery. If the seller insists on using these 2 delivery options, I will cancel my order and look for other options. This is completely ridiculous and terrible customer service. Pitney Bowes should stick to PO Stamp machines.

The worst people imaginable. I was mailing a Christmas card overseas, and I came in to ask how much the postage was and handed the card to the clerk. The clerk asked me if the package was bendable to which I responded that I didn't understand the question. I told him he was holding the card and he should tell me what he was getting at. He clearly wanted me to say that I didn't want it bent so that he could charge me a "package" price to mail the Christmas card. Keep in mind, I just mailed 75 of these cards throughout the U.S. with a normal stamp and no one questioning me about bendability. We had a bit of a stand-off for a minute with him repeating the question multiple times and me playing dumb, and then he says, "Well let's just see if it bends" and he hangs half the card off the counter and karate chops the hanging side to bend it in half. After destroying the card, he tried to sell me a global stamp at $1.50 (not the package price). I was appalled and walked out with my mouth open. After reading the other reviews, I realized it is not worth my time or energy to bother getting the postmaster involved as it would not resolve anything. There are deplorable people in here. These are the type of people that work in government. Be aware of the next service they want under government control.

This place is unbelievable. And I know it's not just me. I've lived here a couple years now, and I constantly have to tell people not to mail me things they can email me or tell them I'll be late responding to mail because it may come weeks late or never come at all. They've lost my packages multiple times and never take responsibility for it. They have no concern about people's personal and private property. This is disgraceful.Edit: it's been ages since I made this post, and not only are they still losing my stuff, still zero accountability. This isn't an issue with things being mailed, it's an issue with their employees and/or management.

Today Friday July 21, 2023 at 12:37pm. I was expecting a delivery I have 3 camera set up in the front of my Property. I watched on camera as the postal worker threw my Package from the driveway to my front porch. Luckily the item in the package wasn't broken. These workers are aware of cameras on People's property now a days. They just do not care, they know their bosses we'll do nothing. What happened to the hard caring workers. Seem to be long gone in this Country. Shame on the worker & shame on the management for allowing this behavior with other people's properties.

They lost my package. When a case was made and the head office looked into tracking, Miss Collins called me from this location and lied about it never leaving my local usps. I had to go to my local and I asked them based on this info I was given. They didn't have it, when I checked tracking myself it showed it made it to Monroe but was never scanned in. I called to speak with Miss Collins about her lying about the situation and the inconvenience it caused me and my local office, her supervisor couldn't have cared less. Told me to fill out the insurance claim, and essentially 'oh well, it happens' type attitude. Not CS standard in my opinion.
