Literally the worst pharmacy around. Never anything in stock that you get refilled every month, which shows 0 preparation or management skills. CVS IS NUMBER 1 IN MY BOOK NOW

If I could give NO STARS I would! This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever tried to get a prescription filled at. They NEVER answer the phone and when they do, they put you on hold for over 40 mins! I had a prescription filled and it took them over 3 days to complete it. The lady I FINALLY spoke to, on the 3rd day of waiting for it to be completed, said it would be ready in an hour. I went up there about 3 hours later and it still was not ready! The pharmacist even had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't have came up and saying it will be ready in 1 hour doesn't mean it will actually be ready. How does that make sense?!?! I immediately transferred my script to the one in Sewell. I will NEVER go there again which is probably good news to them since that's 1 more script they don't have to do! Something needs to be done about the incompetence of these pharmacists at this location!!

If you want your prescriptions filled on time and correctly, do not come here. On a good day, the pharmacy staff consists of one semi-functional pharmacist and bunch of beauty school dropouts who are more concerned with their fluffy eyelashes and acrylic fingernails than being helpful to customers. On top of that, the app is often inaccurate and getting an intelligent answer out of a corporate or retail droid is like asking a cactus for a rainbow.

Standing at the pharmacy for 15 minutes, 4 employees including the pharmacist and not once during the 15 minutes was I acknowledged. I just left.

I was having my medications filled at the Williamstown Rite Aid pharmacy that recently closed. They automatically transferred scripts to this Walgreens so I figured I’d give them a chance rather than my initial thought of transferring to CVS. Things were going pretty well at first with just one migraine medication not in stock but it was okay since I had some to hold me over. However, there’s a medication I take for my stomach (IBS medication, Lomotil) I had to transfer to them since it was last filled by Rite Aid. I submitted the transfer early Thursday morning and didn’t get a text from Walgreens until Friday at 10:59 am stating my “RX is delayed. It’s out of stock, but [they’ve] ordered more.” No indication when it’d be filled or if I could get a partial refill if they had any. I stopped by the pharmacy Saturday after being on hold for 20+ minutes to ask when it’d be in or if I could get a partial refill since I’d be out of pills after Monday. I can’t eat without taking this medication because of IBS. The girl at the pharmacy counter told me they also couldn’t transfer to another pharmacy that had them in or even do a partial refill if they did have it because it’s considered a controlled substance, even though it’s for IBS. Rite Aid never had issues transferring if they were ever out of it or giving me a partial refill until they got more in. I guess it’s just Walgreens who won’t do this..?! Definitely not happy knowing I can’t eat without it and them saying it “should be in” Tuesday or Wednesday. I guess people taking their medications isn’t quite a top priority.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever encountere. The drive through takes forever to move one car, They put you on hold forever.I don't value you as a customer. I called my prescription in They told me it would be done in 1 to 2 hours. I went to pick it up 2 days later, and she's telling me that they might have made a mistake when they put in the prescription. And it's not done to come back in an hour.Like I don't live 20 minutes away. They do not value your time.
I have had nothing but issues with this pharmand I will be changing pharmacy very soon.

in regards to a pharmacy do not choose this one to pick up medicine from. They never have anything ready, they are rude and inconsiderate. I've never experienced such bad service in my life. They desperately need new management.

They never have anything in stock, trying to call them is agonizing, at least a 20 minute wait every time I have to call, with a message saying "Your call is valuable to us every 10-15 seconds". There are plenty of other drug stores in the area, avoid this one.

Place is getting worse. The pharmacy has always been terrible. I shop at rite aid now because walgreens never has enough of what I need in stock.

This place is terrible! I sat on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes before someone picked up, and it said onky 3 calls ahead of me. I was the next caller for 40 minutes. Just to be told, my prescription is on back order! I left cvs to start going here, the biggest regret. IF YOU'RE SHORT STAFFED, GET MORE HELP WALGREENS!! OVER 1 HR SND 15MINS ON HOLD IS INSANE! NO WAY THEY ROTATED CALLS AND IN PERSON CUSTOMERS AND IT TOOK THAT LONG WITH 3 PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME

I'm usually a pretty peaceful person, but this place makes me want to drive my car into oncoming traffic. If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been my pharmacist for years, but it seemingly goes down hill every year. Never send meds here if you're sick because they don't listen to their voicemail or are seemingly ever up to date. Renewing prescriptions through the app is a waste cause they never get them. Good luck getting in touch with them because you'll be waiting on the phone for 20+ minutes. Doesn't matter if you go in or go through the drive thru because you'll also be waiting at least 20 minutes. Nobody ever knows what's going on, 0 communication, 0 efficiency. Switching immediately

Customer service is terrible. Cashier named Mille is very rude and nasty and should not be working with the public. As a long time walgreens Customer and former manager I know this is not how employees are train to treat customers.

I’ve been a customer for Walgreens for a very long time, And there has been a few times I had very bad experience at Walgreens….Yesterday on Thursday November 16th I was shopping in the Christmas aisle, I was looking for light clips. I saw the young lady her name is Chris she waswalking towards me and I was getting ready to ask her A question, and before I get a chance to say anything she rudely said to me whatever we have on the shelf is what we have with an attitude, she wouldn’t even give me a chance to say anything, and she wouldn’t even stop to listen to what I was going to say, not even eye contact she just kept on walking with a rude smirk on her face. I said back to her you are very rude and her comment was back to me with an attitude OK And she walked in the back.I am a retail manager and I do not treat my customers or my associates that way. I know with the holidays approaching fast and it’s getting busy, I get that but that’s no right to treat your customers like that…Whatever the young lady has going on in her life, she has no right to take it out on other people. I’m hoping that next time when I go shopping at Walgreens I don’t experience this again. I hope it’s better….Sincerely, your customer!
