Manager was very rude and was talking about customers as if they weren't there, not what I am used to at this location, but very very unprofessional to say the least, as a restaurant manager myself, I would get this guy in check before someone else does.

They are ALWAYS messing up food orders and skimping hard on the ingredients. I literally went up to the lady and asked for EXTRA buffalo sauce, and instead I got less than what I get if I hadnt asked at all. It’s like they have something against their customers… why are their sad @$$ working there if they can’t even get it right

Clearly don’t know how to read or comprehend instructions. Messed up the ENTIRE order. Deli meats aren’t what they’re supposed to be, missing condiments, WRONG condiments. Extremely lackadaisical crew. Will never go back to this Wawa. Don’t waste your time. Go to quickchek, or even 7/11. Better yet, I’m sure the Sunoco gas station right up the road provides better service.

Workers take a very long time making the food or just sit around talking to each other. They never look at drink orders so you wait up to 15-20 minutes for them to finally stop talking and realize they should get to work.(it was not busy during these multiple situations) The cashiers are very nice though.

The lady who made my sandwich tonight (night of 1/10, while it was raining/flooding) did an amazing job it was delicious and cleanly packed thank you!

The woman’s restroom at this facility was so dirty. The toilets are stained with human feces, the sinks were moldy. Garbage cans were full in bathroom stalls and bathroom. I just couldn’t believe what my eyes had seen. The thought of buying food at a convenient stop from a location that was extremely dirty raises awareness on my end. Management this is something that needs attention immediately….. so unsanitary……

Absolutely deceptive! My teen daughter bought a sandwich for $5.40 and when she paid with a $10 note, the cashier charged her $6.00 that he did not have change. He returned her only $4.00 keeping the extra 60 cents. I can’t believe that he had no change to break a dollar. Since he didn’t have change why wouldn’t he charge her $5 instead since the problem is at his end? I wonder how many teen customers are busted off their pocket money at this Wawa outlet. Simply inexcusable!!

Convenient but that's about it. Place is constantly packed with an Armanda of truck drivers and service is constantly slow as a result. The food bar is the worst, and none of the prepubescent teenagers working it want to be there. The associates constantly complain, engage in horse play during peak hours, and will outright shame you for large or specific orders. Used to come here all the time but stopped due to the rampant incompetence. Most Wawas I've been to are on point, but this particular location is an unfortunate anomaly.

My family and I love Wawa to the moon and back, it’s the only gas we use and instead of DD, Starbucks, or a burger or quick meal… our top choice is and will be Wawa. staff inside and outside service is outstanding and they really like working there. BUT our review goes to the KITCHEN…. It’s been the first time ever that I’ve complained for the quality of the food, i ordered a tuna melt panini and I’m really disappointed at it, my husband works near by and he warned me about the hot food there, not same preparation ingredients, not tasty as all other wawas we’ve been. So I would kindly ask to the kitchen manager to take a look into it bc it’s the only thing Wawa @ 885 Cranbury south river is lacking…
