Because I am missing home, cooking a home cooked meal using the best utensils, the wonderful furnishings, comfort, and maybe even a glass of fine wine, This place ....although a distribution warehouse reminded me of all the fine things Williams- Sonoma provide. The guard gave me a nice welcome. That will do it until I can make my way back home.

The lady at the gate seem like she goes through mid life crisis and the whole world is on her shoulder. I’ve never seen anyone who is so rude like that in my life.I just told her nicely to check the trailer door for me cuz it not properly latched at the top and they already put the seal on it too. She just yelled at me “relax, go back to your truck”.What you gonna do in this situation?

I almost didn't get my check today Well, I have worked for this company for so many years. I never thought I would be here back back in 20 something. It was the best company you could work for. You would go in at 5am, sometimes earlier, and you would have the current regional manager on the floor picking missing pieces to put on the truck . You would leave the warehouse by 7am at the latest. But now, you leave by 9am or 10am. There's this new company that makes signs for things that really make no sense. Where we as driver's that work for them make deliveries, we get backlash from customers. Plus, there's the DOT 3GABV Corp. where they are making drivers and helpers sign paperwork stating they are not responsible for what happens to their employees. Because they make you do double routes, they want to protect themselves from any incidents on the road. I personally don't think it's fair, but hey, come in at 5am. If you're not here, and if you refuse something, we will see. But hey, it's a 1099. NJ laws help them but we're do us driver's helpers stand I wish I could upload the pictures I feel upset as a human it feels discriminatory like hey you work do all the heavy part and in return you only get paid if you sign you drive my truck. You come in at my time you do what I. Say Mr. Jason regional manager please do something about the way this contractor that has more than 10 trucks plus his manager that also owns trucks are conducting business it's a shame googl has to be our voice and to the customer's please do take into consideration it's not us the helpers or driver's but the way we are being treated by the distributors and our employers

I ordered a custom chair and ottoman from West Elm in the upper west side of NYC the second week of March. I was told the latest it would get to me would be April 11. April 11 comes and goes and I FINALLY get delivery confirmation to schedule for April 29th. I am excited that all the horor stories I heard hadn't quite happened to me.... well don't hold your breath. 10 minutes before the truck arrives, I get a call saying I'm only getting the chair and they lost the ottoman. I was told it only takes them a couple days to locate the ottoman and not to worry. I'm furious not only because how do you lose a piece of FURNITURE, but why am I only being notified 10 minutes prior to delivery? Absolutely inexcusable. Fast forward and it has been a week since they lost my ottoman and issued the "dock search" that they promised they would locate my item. Shocker, THEY DIDN'T. They want to RE ORDER which will take ANOTHER TWO MONTHS. Disgraceful. They should be embarrassed. I get better service and faster delivery from Wayfair or Ashley Furniture. This is supposed to be a high end store. They still have not found a resolution, and the customer service agents are miserable at best, not wanting to deal with me probably because they know that their service is so bad and they get these calls I'm sure all day long. DO NOT SHOP HERE - THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

So freaking tight for back-up, they do not know about anything, they let you in but you have to go and knock door by door and try to find the person who wants to do the job. This place is trash.

The deliveries are must be on time and the loading is "we have no idea and try again tomorrow also we lost the paperwork". Have fun driving 900 miles by dawn it's noon and still not loaded.
