Jojo was very patient, and she did her best to find me another car I loved just as much as my old one because she listened when I was talking about WHY I loved my Niro. “Needed a repair on a case backhoe front tire. No one would attempt a repair because of the type and size of the hole. After leaving the tire overnight at Fred Harz to be checked by repair personnel, i received a call that they would attempt to repair it.
Wow, they did a terrific job at a redicuous low charge to me. The tire should last many more years and i saved at least a 100.00 by not having to replace it. Thank you for great service.”

“My daughter’s car was burning oil much faster than it should’ve. We were working with the service manager Charles Chirichello. From the very beginning Charlie was very helpful and accommodating. There was a process to follow due to the warranty of the car. In the end the engine was replaced and all is good now. Even had a little glitch after we got the car back and Charlie was right on it to have it looked at and corrected. My daughter and I are very thankful to Charlie and the Hyundai service team who fixed the car.”

I usually go to the one in Williamstown and they've always been helpful, but the other is closer to me.”
