I had a 2017 Kia Niro Touring that I loved so much, and when I was working with Jojo on finding a new car, I was able to forget about how upsetting having to get rid of my old car was. Jojo was very patient, and she did her best to find me another car I loved just as much as my old one because she listened when I was talking about WHY I loved my Niro. “I had a very bad day traveling long distance for work last week. Car engine started misfiring while on the NJ Turnpike. I was towed off and Caliper Collision was the nearest auto related shop I could find. Although they do not do engine repairs, they were so nice and helpful in spending the time to give me a complimentary engine diagnostic and confirm the specific engine issue.
I apologize I didn't remember the names of the front desk lady and the technician that helped me. While that day was overall horrible, thank you both for bringing some optimism into it! It's so rare in my experience for people to go out of the way like this and help others that I just wanted to send my thanks!!!”
“Washington Township Elmer's Auto Body is fantastic. Another car hit my own from behind, causing plenty of damage. I bought my Jeep Compass new and it was only 8 weeks old at the time. Needless to say, I was upset; however, Rob and Dennis and the Elmer's crew did an amazing job. The new paint-job matches perfectly (and I mean PERFECTLY) with the original factory paint, and the entire job was truly flawless. “Needed a repair on a case backhoe front tire. No one would attempt a repair because of the type and size of the hole. After leaving the tire overnight at Fred Harz to be checked by repair personnel, i received a call that they would attempt to repair it.
Wow, they did a terrific job at a redicuous low charge to me. The tire should last many more years and i saved at least a 100.00 by not having to replace it. Thank you for great service.”
“This place was recommended to me when my car started to sound like the exhaust disconnected from the manifold and started shaking. I took it in, bright and early, and asked for them to check the brakes while they had it and they were not pushy at all in getting the work done to the issues they found. They even offered to do little by little for me when I was ready tackling the highest concern first. Less than 24 hours later, they had the part ordered and delivered in order to complete the principle problem and after giving me pricing for each job and then all together, I asked them to just do everything since it was more affordable than I had expected. They got everything done, and it was alot, in half a day and it feels like driving a new car. I 100% recommend coming here for any exhaust or brake issues as they are honest, quick, and affordable.”
