“A little late on leaving my review, but I wanted to thank Dustin Dougherty and the team at Volkswagen of Salem County. I purchased my second car from them back on January 30th, and the whole process was super smooth. Tara was awesome as usual with her incredible and bubbly charm. She remembered me from the last purchase and that made me feel special, as they don’t view you as another number, but as family. It was my first time working with Dustin, and he was patient, kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to accommodate what I was looking for. He was truly awesome! I answeed a few questions about the make and model of my vehicle, he was off to the shelves to find the exact part that I needed. He showed me how to hook it up and I was on my way. “Very accomodating. My donut spare tire blew out before I could get new tires. Tilghman's was the only place in the area that had a replacement for a 2006 Caravan. As it is our only vehicle I had to arrange for an Uber to pick up and deliver. Mike the owner called me and told me Uber cancelled because it was too far to deliver. Mike delivered the tire when he left work. Can't thank him enough.”

“Since Pep Boys retail closed in Glassboro and I lost my contract there I've been using AZ. Went to the one on the Pike directly across from Fries Mill road. I walk in and I see one employee at the far end of the counter. As I get closer I see it's my contact from Pep Boys. As per usual he hooks me up. Even if he went there, AZ still hooks people up. I usually go to the one in Williamstown and they've always been helpful, but the other is closer to me.”

“I have been going to Spectrum Tire & Auto for at least 10 years. This is honestly the only mechanic shop I have ever trusted. I have lived in South Jersey my entire life (multiple counties), and always find myself driving as long as it takes to come here. Just recently, the owner: Joe, did me a huge favor. I told him that I needed 4 new tires, my car inspected, and a hood latch. The problem was...I needed it done over the weekend because I was driving far away. Joe actually opened the shop on Saturday (not open normally) and had (Heath) come in to help me. Heath did an awesome job on my car; the price of everything was fair, and they got the job done, as always, with perfection. Joe Lord and his staff are excellent!!! I will always come to Spectrum Tire for as long as they let me. Thank you!”

“I recently purchased a new 2022 Ford Maverick truck and wanted to have the bed coated. I called and made an inquiry as to cost and how long they would need to-do the coating. Their price was very fair, and my truck was completed promptly. The coating was much better than I expected. They were very neat, and the quality was outstanding. “Don's Body Shop provided me with Great customer service. Despite taking on such a small job in comparison to the company's normal time consuming BODY REPAIRS, Don gave meticulous details in replacing my worn out headlights. My 2005 honda vehicle is not in the best shape and Don was able to remove my friable front bumper which seemed to be head on with Gum and POSITIVE energy. And place it back on in a more secured fastener. He also gave advice on what I would need to better secure and or replace front bumper and grill to vehicle framework. DON also does what he says. I called on a Wednesday he checked his calendar and promised to call me on Thursday afternoon to confirm the appointment. And he called at 1130am. He squeezed me in between two major jobs he had. And He's truly an honest and fair Person as well. He completed the job a little sooner than estimated and he discounted the estimated price he initially gave me!!! And to top it All off. I was to dropped off my Honda vehicle and get picked up and returned to pick up vehicle after work was completed. But my ride got held up, and he allowed me to wait inside as he worked on vehicle and exchanged in good conversation. In summary for All those whom would like to have A Skillful repair technician to fix your financially invested vehicles that You can Trust and have confidence in Great Quality Work all while being billed for a Better than Fair fee. Then make Don's Body Shop, your #1 choice if not the only choice. Great experience All Around”
