I wish to say I like the post office I go to… but it’s very unfortunate that I can have a package that sits their for days and go in to grab it and it’s “not ready” while I know the workers there sit on their phones a lot and watch shows even. It’s very upsetting cause people have important things being shipped to them and it’s completely not taken into consideration… I don’t like to leave reviews but it’s just getting too a point where it’s almost every time and it’s just very frustrating. Like your clocked in then do your job… but instead they sit there snacking on their phones and taking forever to do the job they’re there to do…

I've had a P.O. box there for two years and I have always hated going here because I didn't want to deal with the lady that works there. She's mean and arrogant and could care less about anyone that walks in. If you ask her a question it pains her to have to answer and she does it with an attitude. She should be in a huge warehouse sorting mail rather than being near customers or people for that matter

Wish they had negative stars! Always late with sorting packages and love the attitude! Another thing, beware they don’t follow normal hours of operation!

My daughter and I recently moved to the Country Club and Ifind everyone at the Post Office to be extremely friendly and very helpful. We order alot from Amazon and I have never had anyone complain about all our packages.Especially Crissy , she seems to be there quite a bit and never complains, is always friendly and very helpful :)

This is the worst, I have been there 2 times in 1 week at 4:30 to pick up a package and the office was closed with the worker sitting there doing nothing. People count on the hours on their door and they should follow it

Chrissy has a problem. I asked to borrow tape for a label and she pointed and said "it's right there" in a very nasty tone. Used one piece and the roll ran out. I said, "I think you're out." And she responded, "with what?" I thanked her for putting in more tape to which I got no response. Left and said "have a nice day" to which I also received no response. Seems to have an attitude every time I go in.

That lady behind the counter that works Mon-Fri has the worst customer service i've ever seen, she always sit on her phone in front of the computer and will give u an attitude when u ask her a question like its a burden to her, one time I asked for my package and she was on her phone the whole time saying she didn't receive any of my package only to find out its right in front of her. I recommend people to go to a different carrier bc this one takes an extra day for u to get it, or might as well get someone that actually works.

The hours are ridicuously inconvenient and the woman who works behind the counter (the only one I've ever encountered there) always acts like you're burdening her when you ask for your packages. She's usually looking at her phone when you walk in and takes her time getting up to help. I can't stand having to deal with my mail here.
