I don’t know why anyone providing esthetician services doesn’t think that they need to wash their hands before they touch someone’s eyes/face, or that being on the phone DURING your appointment is okay. Your phone is filled with germs.
I have a list of grievances and I feel this company as a whole has gone down the hill overall.
My lashes did not come out at all liked I asked nor do my eyes even match.
The providers technique obviously needed improvement because their arms were all over different parts of my face touching and pressing in to it.
I would have just went somewhere else if I knew my results and quality were gonna come out worse than the little 65$ spot I go to in NYC.
Also the lashes aren’t soft anymore. I remember ALS having soft/human like lashes. These just feel like cheap knock of kinds from China or what you find cheap online. They feel Iike mini broom bristles.

Absolutely Best Experience!!! Had my lashes done by Dayna... She did amazing job!!! My friend had another stylist who was awesome as well! A friendly and Clean place!!! Definitely Regulars!!!!!

On May 28, 2024 I called Amazing Lash at approximately 9am to inquire about my refund and why it was not returned back to my bank account since I cancelled my membership in person on March 6, 2024. The receptionist informed me that the manager’s name is Ashley and she will be in at 12 noon and she will give me a call regarding this matter. No one called all afternoon. So when I got off of work I went to Amazing lash in Montclair where I had the eye lashes done at. I arrived at approximately 4:35 pm and asked for Ashley. No one was in the store and the lady behind the counter replied, “I am Ashley.” I explained the situation to her and let her know that I did not receive a refund for the money that was taken out of my account after I canceled my membership. She made a couple of calls. Then she replied, “ The money was put back in your account on April 30, 2024. I called my bank and put the call on speaker phone so Ashley could hear the bank personal say that the money was not put back in the bank. Ashley heard the lady from the bank say the money was not put back into the account two times. Ashley then replied, “ Someone will give you a call back tomorrow.” I asked my bank to refund the $219.00 and go after Amazing Lash for the money back because they did not have my permission to take the money out of my account on March 18, 2024 after I stopped my membership in person in their store and signed paperwork to stop the membership on March 6, 2024. They have a SCAM going on where they tell you that they put the money back and give you paperwork that asks for your signature but was never ever signed and the money was not put back in my account. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!! Amazing Lash, Loss Prevention needs to audit all of the customers files that deal with a refund. I canceled my membership in person March 6, 2024 and 82 days later I still do not have my refund. Why????? Loss Prevention please look into this matter…..check all of their files.

This place is such a scam. I'm sick over how much money I wasted at this place. I had been to two other lash studios before this one and my lashes were so much less full when going here. When you first inquire about membership, it seems like a great deal but don't be fooled. Every little thing is an additional cost. You want them to clean your lashes? Up charge. You want a "master stylist" (btw every stylist is a "master stylist" so this is just an automatic fee on top of membership that they don't mention) You want a few more lashes to they actually look full? Another fee. Not to mention the lashes barely last a week. When I started to question why they weren't lasting, they told me I should start over and get a full set. So I took their advice because I did assume at first it was something I was doing wrong. Somehow a full set is double the price but took the same about of time as a refill appointment and looked exactly the same? When the "full set" didn't solve the problem, I was told I probably shouldn't let any sweat get on them so anytime I felt sweat on my face, I should go home and wash my face. That was my breaking point. Who has time for that?? They were basically telling me my entire life has to revolve around my eyelash extensions LOL I now go to another lash studio that is half the price and you just pay per appointment. My lashes stay full for at least three weeks, if not longer. That's how I know I wasn't the problem. Save your money, there are much better (and cheaper) places out there!

I’ve always done my lashes with amazing lash,wherever I am in the country.Had the worst experience in Montclair,NJ.I was told the lash tech was a “master stylist” but no,the lashes have no direction,they’ve been falling on since the day I put them in(I know this is normal,but not at this rate)It’s been a week and I’ve lost literally all of them.I can feel the glue rub against my eyes,but will still avoid to touch them because I did not want them to fall off.I have all the products to wash them,like I said,I’ve used amazing lash for years now.From LA,to New York,to Texas or wherever I am at that point really.I hate that I even paid or had to leave her a tip.My eye lashes have never looked worse.

Customer service is so warm here. The owner (super nice) explained the process very well since it was my first time, and made sure that I knew how to take care of the lashes I received. Will definitely be back!

Amanda did great lashes. Unfortunately I will not come back ever again due to the absurd prices. $170 for a fill in. No thank you!

The worse place than ever went. I paid for a master eyelashes, but it came out horribly.Next day I call to find out if they can do something, the customer service was even worse, the receptionist was very nasty and she said that the master is really good and she can’t do anything for me!When I ask to talk to the manager she just hang up the phone. I called again and she said do whatever you want…At last they didn’t do nothing to resolve the situation. Don’t go to this place!
