I finally dove in face first to becoming a Bluemercury loyalist. Given my skin is changing, it was time to go in and refresh my whole skin regimen supply kit. Holly was the team member who helped me. She asked a lot of questions about what I was looking to achieve, what I had done in the past, what I liked...what I didn't like...and helped me find the right products for my skin type and lifestyle. So, a month or two later - I went back and tackled replacing / updating my make up kit. Again, I was lucky enough to catch Holly on her shift. We worked with one of the visiting NARS specialists to test out new makeup for me. And, I'm thrilled with where I've landed. Since then, whenever I stop in for random items here or there -- if Holly is working, she'll point out new products that fall under my preferences. She's got a natural knack for knowing what will work for individuals. Big fan. Thanks so much for the help and glad I finally became a regular! I've learned a lot. Looking forward to learning more as I go! :)

wonderful experience everytime I come into the store. Holly, Kelly, and Deb especially are always so helpful and kind. Genuinely always a pleasure to go.

Today Saturday March 23rd I had the BEST Experience as the Trish McEvoy Specialist educated me on Skin Care products that would address my areas of concern. I had NO CLUE that Trish McEvoy is 98% CLEAN !!!! Go see Angela today, yes trek throughthe rain, it will be worth it!!!! ~ Barbra

I love this Blue Mercury. I have been coming here for years. The ladies who work there, Kelly, Deb and Holly are all so helpful. They always have a full selection of new products as well as my usual go-to brands. Kelly has done my makeup for years for special occasions and is incredible. I always get compliments, especially on my eyes when she helps make me up! Everyone at this store is very friendly and knowledgeable. 5/5!

Shopping for makeup and skincare products can be overwhelming, so I love getting personal attention and advice about which products I really need in my arsenal. Holly is hands down the best!!! Whether I need help finding the perfect shade of lipstick, or curious about trying the holy grail of under eye creams, Holly is my go-to gal. A gifted and resourceful artist, Holly is professional, courteous, fun and truly cares about making her customers look and feel their best!

I have been going to Blue Mercury for years. I am a professional makeup artist and I can‘t say enough about Debra and Kelly. They are professional and knowledgeable and are always going the extra mile. I am in NYC quite often but I choose to go to this particular location because of the service. These days not many people put the effort into their work but i have always had a wonderful experience here. My husband shops Kiehls products online but now he also started buying from this BM in montclair. I will always be loyal and grateful for Debra and Kelly.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would because the experience was terrible. Yes the store has high end, luxury makeup products but the customer service was quite the opposite. Me and friends went to check out the makeup store and it was going well, you know looking at the products testing them out etc. then one of the lady’s was like “I love you guys but this is not how we leave products, you wouldn’t like it if I went to your house and left a mess” like girl who are you. She was acting like we trashed the place all we did was try on the products, and obviously there will be residue after testing them. Like idk if she thought we were gonna lick off the product from the tester but it’s whatever. And she treated us like children too like girl. That’s why they only had us as customers, and that’s why we shop at Sephora and ulta Bec they have high end products and good service. Maybe you guys should learn from u other Montclair stores like urban outfitters, playa bowls, Starbucks etc.

This store and the staff, especially Deb and Kelly, are amazing! The store carries a wonderful array of products and the staff is knowledgeable about each of the lines. The staff is always pleasant and extremely helpful. It is a joy to shop at Blue Mercury in Montclair.

If I could rate 10 stars... i would! I walked in the store, hoping to find something to help with my hyperpigmentation and a young woman named Yezmin, greeted me and asked me if I needed any help. She showed me the Kiehls section and showed me "clearly corrective dark spot correcter" and told me it can help with my hyperpigmentation and dark spots that I was trying to get rid of. I was a little hesitant at first because of the price but I decided to splurge since it is my skin. She told me it can work well with my sensitive skin. I looked at reviews before purchasing and they seemed very promising. I've been using it for almost of a month now and I've noticed a significant change in my dark spots. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and I'm happy that Yezmin helped me pick this product out because personally I would've never bought something like this because of past product purchases.. 10/10
