“Convenient location, friendly staff and rental cost half of an airport car rental. No hardcore sales pressure for extras. We were given a brand new Rave-4 as our rental. The train station is a 5 minute walk away. Take the train from the airport, get you car and off you go. Do the same when you return your rental. Just take note of their business hours when planning your trip.”
“I've rented from here on several occasions as I like the convenience of having a neighborhood location. I have always had a very positive experience as Branden goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. He may come across as a bit gruff at first, but he is a really good guy who cares about his business. The vehicles have always been in excellent condition and I was very happy to have recently picked up a brand new RAV4. Having read some of the other reviews, I think there can be a lot of fraud in this industry, so I can understand why they are careful when renting out their vehicles. EZPass is not an issue as I just use mine and try to remember to remove from the vehicle upon return. Branden has always promptly returned my calls. All in all, a much better and quicker experience than renting from an airport location and it feels good to support local business owners.”

“I have never even been a customer of Clairmont Auto Body but I live close by and my car battery died and Mitch was kind enough to leave the premises and walk to my car, in the rain, and diagnosed my electrical issues. He even came back later with his personal battery charger just to confirm the shops battery charger's readings. I can not say enough nice things about him or Clairmont Auto Body.”
