I hate using rental cars and I genuinely believe the corporations that run these things are sleezy. After my experience this week I will say Frankie is amazing, so patient and concise with what she knows. I must have called her 12 times over two days and she never gave me an attitude and always explained things to me.
If you are going to talk to anyone...talk to Frankie, and if you are in Clifton/Montclair area would 10/10 recommend this specific Hertz”
“This Budget location is conveniently located on the 28 bus route which makes it super easy to get to and from. The cars are up to date, reliable and always clean. I am so pleased with the service. When we had that snow storm that lasted several days, it was impossible to return my rental car. He didn't even charge me for that extra day. He always goes above and beyond to deliver fantastic customer service. So, I always look forward to renting my next car here. I'm confident you will enjoy the rental process as well.”

“I have never even been a customer of Clairmont Auto Body but I live close by and my car battery died and Mitch was kind enough to leave the premises and walk to my car, in the rain, and diagnosed my electrical issues. He even came back later with his personal battery charger just to confirm the shops battery charger's readings. I can not say enough nice things about him or Clairmont Auto Body.”
