“This place truly deserves a thousand more 5 star reviews. I found a really unique piece today and Dio went above and beyond in every way. He took the time to explain the design behind the pieces he had in the shop, one of which he designed himself and I ended up taking home. I'm absolutely thrilled with the purchase. He also shared some of the events he organizes, folded the shirt beautifully and even offered me a bottle of water. The attention to detail and genuine care he puts into what he does is something you rarely see. Can’t recommend this place enough.”

They were more than willing to order it in for me and even gave me a courtesy call to let me know when it arrived. All of the clerks I’ve met have been incredibly kind and considerate. I always enjoy having a chat with whoever is there.”

“Arlene and her team are amazing! On February 25, 2023, I was on a road trip and found One Savvy Design on Yelp. Their merchandise is high quality and their customer service is second to none. They use Entrupy to authentic their bags and include the paperwork with your purchase. They have a huge collection of designers bags, unique clothes and stunning jewelry! It's impossible to leave empty-handed. Happy shopping!”
“Visited on a very rainy day, and the manager with the tats (Sara I believe) was kind enough to offer to help me lift my stroller up the stairs, because the lift was not working. Her overall demeanor was very kind and welcoming. Then the associate who assisted me was also very pleasant. He was tall, had cornrows (Giovani I think) and I believe he said he was new to the store, although he came across like he’d been working there for a while. Another great interaction. The store was clean and had a good vibe. There was only one employee upstairs who didn’t smile, didn’t greet me and my daughter, or ask if we needed help, although we were feet from her. She had braids, and her demeanor just didn’t scream customer centric. She was directing an employee so she may have also been a manger. Anyway, we ended up purchasing a couple items and will definitely visit again!”
