I began training at Corefire a few months ago after never trying a Pilates class. I can tell you that they have me hooked! They have created a community that is supportive but will push your fitness goals. I felt welcomed since joining and these classes are not just for women. As a Physical Therapist I would feel confident in referring my clients to Corefire!!

I have been taking megaformer classes for over 10 years and Corefire is hands down the absolute best place to go. From when I needed some extra motivation to get back into the swing of things to being in marathon running shape, Corefire is #1.

Just took my first class with Joe. Gotta say, I was intimidated by a new exercise class that I'd never tried before. But the coaching was so on point and easy to follow that I made it through without feeling like a fool! What a great, fun challenge. I'll be back.

I've taken plenty of Pilates/Pilates-variation classes and this is the best by far. It's the only one I've ever secured a full membership for and if I could go everyday I genuinely would. The full body workout is just the right amount of intense. Highly recommend taking a class with Casey!

Slay that carriage at Corefire!There’s no getting around it: The megaformer looks like a medieval torture device.With a combo of muscle-quivering springs, pulleys and hang straps the machine is the key component in the most demanding workout I have ever experienced!It’s tough, but that’s a good thing!The instructors are all amazing! Can not say enough good things about them. Professional, enthusiastic and friendly. They are all trained to talk through each exercise in such detail so you don’t have to look up, allowing for quick transitions to keep your heart rate up for the entire class.Corefire caters to all ages and levels, so don’t be intimidated to try!I highly recommend it!

I just started at Corefire about a month ago and I absolutely love it. I'm typically an adrenaline junkie when it comes to exercise (hiit workouts, bootcamps, etc) and took a Corefire class on a whim not knowing what to expect. I'm hooked! It's the opposite of what I typically gravitate towards - the focus is on form and slow, controlled movements. Every class is different, and I'm consistently sore (in a good way!). Instructors are great and correct form throughout class to help prevent injury. So lucky to have Corefire in the neighborhood!

Love my instructor Casey! She pushes me every class and always has a new challenging routine ready to go. She is fun, plays the best music and is very attentive to proper form. She’s also so supportive whenever I need help with my account. She is always quick to respond and very professional! Would highly recommend Casey and Tricia’s classes - they’re both amazing!

COREFIRE is a unique workout that gets you out of your comfort zone. Slow movements really trigger all the muscles you did not know existed. I’ve had the pleasure of taking classes from Joe, Casey and Farshad. Farshad brings the energy for the late classes when yo u do not feel like moving.The instructors are all very knowledgeable in their craft and make sure you’re in the correct positions / movements.
