The pharmacy here is terrible. Can’t even call the store anymore. I wanted to place an order for pharmacy for my elderly mother and they never pick up the phone. So I drove to store to wait in line only for them to tell me to go to a different line, meanwhile I’m still on hold with them on the phone. When I get to the register and they hear Ive been on hold, that’s when they pick up the phone??♂️. Pharmacy manager David needs to be fired ASAP, very rude and doesn’t follow up with anything

Came here for a flu shot for my toddler and it was absolute mayhem. We checked in online and were instructed to wait, which we did for over a half hour with no updates. We couldn’t even talk to anyone because the lines were so long. I will get my vaccinations elsewhere.

Avoid CVS pharmacy at allllll costs - it’s all automated. You can no longer speak with a pharmacist over the phone - it’s all automated . I’m moving all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Why can't I call and speak with a pharmacist? Why do I have to go through a time-consuming app that cannot answer my question? Why is there no option to speak with someone directly? I am a long-time patron and I don't understand this run-around.

I truly don't understand how this pharmacy is still in business. They aren't pharmaceutical and judging from the reviews I'm not the only one who is truly disappointed and frustrated with this place. Got scripts sent over from the ER, when I get there they tell me my prescriptions are on hold the person in the drive-thru insisted I had to come inside to find out why. I'm just coming out the ER, not feeling well and just want my meds and lay down. Anyhow, I ended up going inside and I was told I had to call my insurance because CVS put my rxs on hold due to supposedly having another insurance which is bullcrap. I politely said no thanks I'll go somewhere else they ALWAYS give people issues with their meds, it's ridiculous! I went to Grove Pharmacy and got my scripts filled with no problem at all. Also my uncle has been going through multiple surgeries and every time he has to pick up his pain meds it's ALWAYS an issue. They say it's in back order for months, which is a lie. My uncle's worker's comp has to call so they can give him his meds and all of a sudden they have it ready the next day. It's the same every time, Why do they deny people their meds, it's just not right. How are they getting away with it...

Your pharmacy has the most appalling customer service. You should be embarrassed. No people skills, very rude, unhelpful. Go to a local pharmacy these people do not care at all about you or your needs.

There's an excellent young woman (pharmacist) who is very helpful and pleasant. The techs are mostly very good but there are a few duds.It's a good store overall but you can tell with personnel cutbacks that service is suffering.

Non delegating and borderline petty; as well as being subjective and inconsistent in procedure practices. They will stand there and argue with people. I expect the standards to be higher in this town-especially for the locals and long term residents of this area.
