The sales associate was excellent and helped me apply much appreciated discounts to my purchase that I was otherwise unaware of. By the way, I have switched to the Montclair CVS because the customer service at the West Caldwell CVS has fallen apart because the best sales associate there has left and the associates remaining there are clueless and rude.

I thought im the only one complain about this cvs pharmacy they have nasty people attending and the pharmacy always have in stock medecine or they never have your medecine or they have to ordered orr the medecine is will arrival in one week my daugther has astma and they never have the flovent and the last time I ask for flovent a and they give me ambuterol and I didn't realice I was giving ambiterol to my daugther I mean I really trusted was the flovent and what a Jock is this im so mad and I'm thinking realy seriously move to Walgreens pharmacy or another place cvs pharmacy I hope is better and better crevices

As soon as I walked in I was greeted,which was fine,then an employee and the manager proceeded to follow my boyfriend and I around the store,which made us very uncomfortable,I felt like we were being racially profiled,and it's a shame because I made a purchase here I will never go here again

CVS marks the holiday merchandise down 40% or 50% right after the holidays, and I always stop by and stock up for cards for the next year & silly items for the kiddies. I bought a three year old the confetti cake sugar explosion for half off. She won't eat all of it & she'll have fun making the house & adding the confetti ! Visit after the holidays for great bargains!

Pharmacy lied about medicine being in stock nearby and when I called the pharmacy nearby they said they had it available.

Avoid this location for vaccine administration. I only went here because it offered the most times for the Shingles vax. I showed up and the same woman behind the pharmacy counter ringing up customers is the one giving the shots. The administration area is a tiny screened off area barely big enough for a chair next to the pharmacy register and guys were banging into in while delivering things on wheelie carts. I don't think this person was well trained. She didn't explain what she was doing and didn't pinch my arm to avoid pain. She barely said two words to me. It was my first time receiving this vaccine and nothing was said about side effects - nothing was said at all just "you're all set" when we were done. Imagine someone who is nervous about needles, or a kid?But of course, this is not her fault -- it's CVS's fault who should have a dedicated person to give vaccines who is well trained at times when they are being offered. How can she be expected to ring up customers and give out vaccines at the same time? I'm sure she rushed through it as a result. I wish doctor's offices administered this vaccine rather than having to deal with this shoddy experience.

I came to pick up my prescription after visiting the doctor 20 minutes earlier. I told the staff my name and one of them shot back right away: "It's not ready". I was bout to say I will wait when another staff member looked my prescription up and brought it immediately.This pharmacy is the worst within a 100 miles radius, lots of complaints but nothing changes.It seems that management does not read reviews or does not care.Shame!!!!
