Firestone has always been good to me whenever my car decides not to work over the years. And today was one of those days. The air valve in my tire broke and led to a flat; I called and spoke to Nicholas who was such a professional with a great heart. He was so accommodating and told me to bring the tire and the valve stem and he would fix it at NO charge.
Those are words you don’t hear enough these days; and I was ready for him to say something like $50 plus dollars. That young man has a heart that is definitely in contact with God.

They do an okay job. Busy location, have to wait a while to get an appointment, so you can drop off early without an appointment to get your tires done same day just takes some time.

My scheduled in advance appointment was for 2pm to replace a single tire. I left the location at 3:55pm. It took them almost two hours. Apparently, there were no technicians available. Also, the rim and the new tire were covered in grease they used during the installation so I had to clean it myself.

Made an appointment for 10am, got a call the night before asking me to drop off the car early so it can be inspected. I got to the shop at 7:45am told them the window won't go up all the way. I was quoted $85 just to take the door off and take a look. At 11am I called to find out the car hadn't been touch; i decided to go somewhere else. When I got there the person that came in after me that morning was there to pickup hid car. Lol! Scam? Yeah! Ladies Make sure you take a man with you. Sad but true

Excellent customer service and care...Caesar and Allen gave such great customer service. My warranty on my tires, where a great deal.Today l had a tire replaced brand new for $ 19.00.
Came in at 9am out the door by 9:30am..

The Firestone techs called me as soon as they found a possible issue during my oil change. They provided some options and still completed the oil change by the end of day (I needed to car back for the following morning).
