  Just walked into the store at which point the young ladies at the register advised us that “the store was closing in 2 minutes”, at which point I asked “So that does mean we cannot come in?” They then repeated themselves again “the store closes in 2 minutes”, while sarcastically smiling.
  
  At this point I clearly understood the message. Basically we were not welcomed even though there were other shoppers in the store when we attempted to walk in.
  
  Clearly lacking customer service skills. A better approach would have been to allow us to browse the store since there was other shoppers still in the store shopping and then locking the door behind us.
  
  Or saying sorry we are closing in a few but we will be open again tomorrow from blah, blah, blah time.
  
  Writing this review to make sure management is aware that the staff clearly needs some serious customer service training.
  
  As a suggestion, end of day protocols should also be implemented because no customer should be rushed out or addressed in the manor that my family and I were. We were rushed out the door just because the staff wanted to run out at the end of the day.

  7 days after placing an online order I receive an email that it’s been refunded. No update was ever provided. Back to Amazon I go.

  I absolutely love it here!! The staff is so incredibly helpful and the store itself has everything and anything you could ever need. I buy all my gifts for family, friends, hostesses, etc. Go here if you havent!

  i’ve shopped here a couple of times and every time was nothing but positive experiences. the store itself is so cute and has the cutest items for yourself and for gifts. the staff is super sweet and are so willing to help you out. i’d 100% recommend this store to others.

  I had a horrible experience at the Gift Bar, the management is extremely unprofessional and one of the managers was completely rude to me as i was browsing the shop. NEVER spend your money here, not only do they treat customers like trash, but also their employees, i saw it firsthand.response - this is your public business profile be professional

  so. i have never actually bought anything from giftbar… but only because i am a broke teenage girl, not because i don’t want to!! every time i go they have the cutest stuff and their employees r so so nice so if you are not a broke teenage girl like me you should def buy from them :)
