I’m actually mad I had to give 1 star. Worst experience I’ve ever had. My taxes were filed incorrectly to the point that I had $3,500 taken out of my account by mistake. The two tax prepares that attempted to file my return were incredibly inexperienced and knew nothing more than punching in basic w-2 information. When I asked for them to correct the problem I was told they didn’t have time. The manager told me that someone outside of H and R block would reach out to correct the problem which I thought was weird. Awful experience. If you need anything more than a basic w-2 copy and paste I still wouldn’t put it past them so mess it up. Go somewhere else

Just want to say that the tax pro Neisha answered all my questions and gave me advice for the future concerning my taxes. Very helpful and caring. Great customer service. Now I finally found someone that I trust and who cares about people. Much appreciated!

Overall, I had a positive experience once I switched to Agnes Szarka. She was friendly, professional, and I have confidence in her ability.Some of the "professionals" at the H&R location I used were not professional. Next time to improve my time spent with H&R - making sure prior to going to the appointment or checking in, the associate/clerk should ask the right questions and place the individual with the appropriate tax expert, especially when I told them have a complex tax situation. I scheduled an appointment (after the eFile system was incorrectly computing a number) and was placed with a "tax pro." I arrived 15 minutes early (to both my appointments). This person wasted my time, did not begin my taxes that day, except her schedule was free for the remainder of the evening. Then, they asked me to return at a time that was inconvenient for me and I had to pay for parking again.When you go - Ask for Agnes. She is reliable. The prices are a bit high, but it was worth it this time around.

I had an appointment with this H&R Block location today at 9AM. I got there at about 8:50.When I walked in there was no receptionist, no employee greeted me, nothing. There were two employees in the office working with clients. I sat and waited about 20 minutes, still no one said anything and then 2 employees walked in. Neither one said a thing, one went to her desk and started eating. I waited another 20 minutes and still nothing, no help, no one spoke to meet. I just wasted my time. This location is very unprofessional and the employees are lazy and rude. Will not be going back and taking my business elsewhere. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.
