“Perfect for what it is, a small neighborhood liquor store. Not competing with bottle king for selection or price, but great place to grab a bottle or wine (or two). They also have a good selection of beer (microbrews too) and liquor. The guy who runs the place (or at least the only one I've seen work there) is super friendly. Love having this place around the corner.”
“I attempt Dry January every year, so this only applies to a few folks, but the non-alcoholic beer and wine selection here gets more diverse every year. I love the 00 Cabernet and Heineken, and my dad and I are excited to try the Corona and Guinness. I don't miss getting drunk nearly as much as tasting the different drinks, and it's nice to keep the beer-after-work mood going even during the winter. 5/5 to one of the best small, independent drink vendors in Montclair.”
“Lovely local spot. We once came in looking for vermouth and they didn't have any. The next week we came in and the owner recognized us and showed us he'd ordered several bottles. Very small but a nice little neighborhood joint.”

“Gets the job done and convenient to several restaurants we frequent in Watchung Plaza. Not the best beer selection so we mostly use it for the bottle of wine or sake needed for dinner nearby. You can enter from the front on Watchung, or from the parking lot in the back. Always quick and on market with prices.”
“This place is a godsend, a mirage in the desert on a Saturday night. Open a little later than most and staffed by the friendliest chill people on the planet, what more can anyone say? It’s a liquor store with a great selection, no hassle, and I love the place with all my heart. Extra points for being dog friendly.”
“Dardan (Owner) is amazing! He knows how to please his customers. I was unsure of what wine I wanted; Dardan allow me to taste it before I purchased. If you're in the Montclair area near Cuban Petes. DONT HESITATE TO STOP BY!!”
“Never had a problem. Decent selection of wines. Open late. People hanging around the street are neighborhood types. No problem at all. Don't let the negative reviews scare you. They have been in Montclair forever and are very decent folk who own and work there.”
“Me and my mom went today we are from Ireland and on holidays in montclair for two weeks with cousin Peggy Mc Millan , the staff where lovely . I got a bottle of white wine (Kendall Jackson) for my cousin . Thank you .”
“It's a very small store with everything crowded together and very little walking space. If you go inside for a certain item they will sometimes not have it.”
“Popped in on my way to a BYOB dinner next door. Such a great selection. Couldn't find something and the cashier practically jumped to help me. I appreciate it! The store was nice and quiet. When in the area, I'll definitely be back!”
