Excellent customer service and friendly staff. As a former manager for a luxury brand, I was impressed and thought to myself “these associates are really good.” As expected, I walked out $250 broker but with some amazing leggings and a sports bra. My only complaint-the lighting in the fitting rooms are brutal!!! I was horrified and just stared at myself and all of these lumps and dimples I don’t seem to have in any other mirror. I commented on the lighting to the sales girl and literally, two other customers who overheard the conversation came over to chime in. One of the customers who was actually in the fitting room had to come out just to confirm that she too was experiencing that. Whoever created that kind of lighting is one sadistic individual who hates people. That lighting should not be in a fitting room and definitely not one that sells workout clothing. Unless the goal is make us self conscious so that we buy more workout clothes and workout more. ?

It was very nice and neat! Also the employees were friendly and offered help. One of ladies was very helpful and she found the jacket I wanted.

The girls were so sweet and accommodating from the moment we walked in. They went above and beyond to help us with our issue when checking out. Took maybe 20 minutes to get the whole ordeal sorted (ended up going past 7pm closing time) but staff and owner did a great job handling and troubleshooting the situation. Incredible patience and amazing customer service. Thanks guys! We didn't catch your names, but you were rockstars tonight.

Bought ABC Joggers and they started showing signs of pilling after six months. Submitted a request to get them fixed and received an automated email to return the item without any acknowledgement of the quality issue or how they can make this right. Not the type of service you expect when spending over $100 for pants. Also, the store manager at Montclair needs some serious training on customer service.

Good products awful I mean awful customer service. I know help is tough to get but decent help in this store just does not exist. From the Mgr on down. The most important thing in Any store… is the customer. Beware ?

I bought a yoga mat at the Montclair, NJ Lululemon about 5-6 days ago. I took class with it the next day and rolled it out, to find a tear in it. So, I went there today (3/3/23) to exchange it, receipt in hand, and the manager was beyond rude (short blonde woman with a belly button piercing). At first she says, "I'm not sure if we can exchange it because you opened it." A brand new yoga mat is literally rolled up and held together by a piece of plastic. "Opening" it implies it was completely wrapped up and encased, where I had to open it and rip off tags - not the case whatsoever. Then she told me I could have caused the tear in the mat. First off, I noticed the tear as soon as I rolled it out. Secondly, anyone who practices yoga knows that it's rare for a mat, especially a Lululemon mat, to rip or tear. She explained that all mats are analyzed before their rolled up so the tear probably was not there and I may have to call a customer service number. I told her I'd gladly call right there on the spot if she gave me the number. Then she goes, "I'll exchange it this time, but this can't happen again." I thanked her and she scanned the new mat and hands me the receipt without saying a word. I ask her if I'm all good to go, she says yes. I said, "have a great night" and she completely ignored me. This was no fluke because when I was there last week, this same manager/supervisor was rude to one of the employees there. The employee who sold me the first mat that ended up being defective was so nice. She asked the manager a question and the way she responded was rude and unprofessional. I NEVER write bad reviews, but I was that disappointed in the customer service, given the amount of money I spend at Lululemon. The manager at Lululemon in Montclair who was working around 5pm on March 3, 2023, should be fired.

No greeting when I walked in and no reply to my “good morning” from any of the 2 cashiers. I was the only customer and looking around for a while. No help offered from the 2 shop associates busy talking with each other. Have been to other Lululemon stores with good experience. Won’t be back to the Montclair store for sure.

I usually go to Lululemon in the mall but since it was closed today I decided to come to Montclair and wow such a beautiful store! Everything is so nice and organized. I instantly found what I was looking for when I walked in. The women that helped me out at the register were so kind and attentive towards the exchange of items I wanted to do. Definitely will be returning.

Went here to do an exchange and I felt like I was inconveniencing the cashier by asking to exchange clothes I paid for. Won’t be returning to this store.

Perhaps a workshop in shopper discrimination and customer service is in order for this store. My sister and I walked in to look for some shirts and clothes and in general. As we walked in, we were met with silence and nasty stares as we tried looking around and nobody came to offer any help. Then as soon as another (Caucasian) woman came in, they were immediately greeted with “Welcome in!” And helped with their shopping. I don’t give my money where I’m not respected and appreciated, and considering that it’s Montclair and the 21st century it’s about time to learn how to be respectful and accepting of everyone.

The store itself is very nice, they have a lot of options and sometimes I see that they have stuff that are sold out online. However, I am disappointed with their customer service. Every time I go there I get told something different about the same topic and just the vibe in there is very judgmental and tense. I had an issue with my leggings quality and despite having exchanged my other pair of leggings there once for a new one very easily, this time I was met with hostile comments and zero help. After going to a different location, because I knew this wasn’t right, they immediately exchanged the leggings without any hesitation and were very kind. I am also not the only one who has encountered this treatment. My friend and I went there recently because she was gifted something that she needed in a different size and despite having an online confirmation for the purchase, she was told that there’s no way it was real and were refused service. Again, we went to a different branch and they helped us immediately and said they have no idea why they would say they were fakes. Very disappointed

They don’t carry many mens pants. No warpstreams pants at all.

The BEST customer service. I walked in and two of the employees immediately came to help me get a new back pack. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and they are constantly top noch in their concern for the customer and the experience while shopping there.Highly recommend.
