I was shipping something from another state due to an address mishap with a FedEx label. This involved multiple parties. The people at Montclair Shipping were so nice over the phone. Extremely helpful even without getting anything out of it in return. They had me email the labels and the person who received the packages dropped them off and everything got situated perfectly.
They saved my butt! And all over the phone.

I am so grateful to this business for saving me in a real pinch at a very difficult time. They went above and beyond to help me. The kindness and compassion mentioned in the other comments is truly the hallmark of this establishment. It's hard these days to find a business that is genuinely helpful, honest, and caring -- but Montclair Shipping Plus is just that and more. The two workers who helped me were top notch -- extremely professional and also true human beings -- understanding, flexible, and compassionate. I will be forever touched and inspired by their humanity and grateful for their help.

The owner of this place is absolutely lovely. I was shipping my wedding bouquet to be preserved and packed it in too large of a box so it would have been very expensive to ship. She very kindly repacked it and saved me $150 in shipping charges! Exceptional service 👍

First I went to UPS ( in Montclair ). They told me $27.99 to box/ ship my package. Then they could not print the label from my iPhone . They told me to go to Staples and come back . I went right around the corner to Montclair Shipping . They only charged $4.99 and they not only printed my label , but they also charged my iPhone AND gave out little bags of holiday chocolate . They are professional , knowledgeable and patient. ( They also have a very friendly dog.) Thank you, Regina

I came into town to have my elderly and failing father sign a Power of Attorney -- an emotional trip on so many levels. By the time we entered Montclair Shipping Plus to have the document notarized, I think the gravity of the situation had hit us both. The owner, (I believe her name is Nori?) sensed the situation immediately. To say she was patient and kind -- yet supremely professional -- is an understatement. Sometimes we are just lucky enough to have the right people put in our path at the right time. I will be forever grateful for her gentle presence during a difficult time. Please, please support this wonderful business.

I should have written this a year ago, but better late than never. Starting under COVID, this facility no longer scans prepaid shipments when you bring them in. They say just leave it here and your photo is your receipt. Well, I returned an iPhone to Apple here and stupidly didn't take a photo. Apple never received it and since it was never scanned into the Fedex system, I was out over $800. From now on, smaller items go into the Fedex dropbox a little bit further South down (and on the other side of ) Valley. For larger items, I bite the bullet and go to Kinko's in Clifton. When possible, I ship at the UPS Store. I am not accusing the staff of taking my phone. Someone else could have bene dropping off something, recognized what was in there, and pocketed it. I don't see how Apple can't block the IMEI or serial number as stolen, but they didn't. In any case, I am out $800 because I couldn't prove I dropped it off and until I hear from Fedex that a photograph is sufficient proof or Montclair Shipping Plus changes its policy to "scan when asked," I will not be dropping off anything at this center and I strongly discourage anybody else from doing the same.

Went there with two big bags to ship and without a box - they were great in helping me get everything settled and when I needed to get it there for today. Very grateful that they understood I accidentally left something that didn't belong in the package - and was able to retrieve exactly what didn't belong before it raised other questions!!! A good friend swears by them and now I will too!
