For years I’ve struggled with weight loss, ever since I joined and started training my life changed completely. I had a goal to join the Police Academy and they helped me achieve my goal. Training like no other and the environment is completely different from any other place. In my first three months I lost 25+ pounds.

If you’re trying to get big this is the place for you especially if you’re trying to go compete for bodybuilding. The programs here are great along with the trainers as they’re the perfect motivators to keep you going. When I first started lifting I was barely doing 40 pound chest press but now they got me doing 60 pound chest press for reps. So if your tryna get your moneys work and see results, get in here cause this is it.

This is an awesome community gym for Essex County. Right off the 280, free parking at the lot across the gym, and amazing trainers. I've been training with Paul since July and he always keeps workouts challenging and effective. I have definitely noticed a difference in my strength and appearance. Prices are reasonable and hours work with my schedule. For a personalized fitness routine, come to this gym!!! They have everything you need. Happy I get to support a small business, family operated.

Joining Speed Weight Training has been life changing. The team is professional and encouraging. I’ve trained with Paul and Kevin for years now and they really teach you how to train properly, educate you on what to eat, and keep you accountable. The proof is in the results that I’ve been seeing and the results that, if you stick to their program, you will also see. Highly recommend.
