Absolutely love this place! Only 3 people per Pilates class so it feels private. You definitely get one on one. Excellent work out. excellent instructor. My go to place.

I started taking classes with Bernadette over 13 years ago after I had Chemo for breast cancer. I had no strength in my muscles and it was tough but she got me through recovery building up strength. Now at age 66 I still workout with ease and love the classes. Studio B now has pilates machines!. It's a fun relaxed studio with wonderful friends of all ages making workouts a breeze. There is also Zoom options for classes if you want to stay in your home.

B Well studio has changed my life! Yes, the workout and Pilates classes are amazing, I highly recommend. B Well is beyond a workout, a collective community, that provides incredible inspiration and energy.

I was gifted 5 sessions 14+years ago. I had never worked out at that time. I have not stopped since. The patience ,kindness and knowledge of the trainers are only part of it. It is a community. We work hard and laugh just as hard. At 58 I am stronger than I ever was. I especially love pilates!

Once I started coming here, I never stopped! The workouts are great, but it's also such a fun uplifting atmosphere!
