If they had zero stars, that's what I would've given them.I've been with this bank since Commerce bank and in the past 6 years they've gone downhill with customer service - I'm ready to make a switch -I have made 3 attempts to just get a business debit card and every time I've wanted near to an hour and had to walk away because I'm running a business. What a waste of time trying to make a deposit and just get anyone on the desk to help youI'm done with them

Every time I go to my local bank Joana and the staff always greet me with a smile and take care of my transactions fast. Always keeping me up to date on most recent promotions ! Great team I must say

Let me start off by saying Susan, Denny, and Johnny are beyond amazing! They are all so helpful and knowledgeable. Denny helped my mom obtain a HELOC. She was so patient and polite while assisting us. Susan and Johnny are always so helpful when I have questions regarding my business account and line of credit. We always feel so comfortable when we come here. This branch is very inviting and makes me feel at ease when conducting business.

I have zero idea as to why this bank operates the way it does. I came in with an issue (related to the death of my grandmother and her account there, estate stuff), I was told to email the assistant manager and was assured by the person helping me that they would nudge her and let her know I emailed. I GET NO RESPONSE. I followed up and NOTHING. I called and got told that they are really busy but someone would give her the message. It is now 10 days later and still nothing. I called today and got a message that they are closed. This has been a waste of time and energy.

I’m not sure what it is about this TD Bank branch but they appear to be the choice bank for customers who require complicated or just time consuming transactions. This bank consistently has a line inside no matter when you come. I arrived on a Tuesday at 8:29 am before they opened and a small line had already formed. Once they opened, there were 3 associates working. Initially all three were behind the desk but one disappeared (presumably to do the drive thru) one woman seemed to be doing other things as she was going here and there and then there was one person behind the front desk. I was the third person in line. It took 18 minutes to finish with the first guest. 5 minutes for the second guest. I walked out at 8:51. It took me 21 minutes to get a roll of quarters. Do what you will with this information and good luck.

There is no sense of urgency when I comes to the customers. I have been sitting and waiting to see a teller for over an hour. There are 2 tellers sitting at their desks and they have no customers, they are just typing away at their computers. No one has come over and said we will be right with you or anything. It feels as if they are ignoring us.

It's a bank, lol. When the ATMs are working, it's simple, but if they're not make sure to come during business hours.

Whenever I go here the tellers are all busy with customers and there is a line at least 6 people long on top. The tellers are great but inevitably a couple of those customers have complex needs and I end up waiting at the very least 20 minutes to be seen.I honestly think the owner and/or branch manager would get way more business and keep more TD customers if they were a little more ambitious in how many tellers they hire or schedule.

Super cool Elvin was the most patient I'm pretty sure the woman who yelled at me because she thought it was a problem with my phone that I couldn't transfer the moneyIt took a seriously long time it was frustrating and should be a smoother process but it never is when it comes to meThe office itself is bleak at best the decor is revolting the man who helped me had to get the lady next to him to help me the card reader was not workingButt it's meThe thing that is most horrible was the ratty chairs the people were sitting on the amount of dust and dirt rivaled outside for pollen suffering peopleIs people okay to say? I don't understand what the hell to call human animals anymoreOh I know meat? ? ? ? ? ?ELVINHope That's Your NameThanks for being patient in the midst of two menopausal women who had enough already it took hours then next morning you hooked it up!Your a good gentleman thank you!YOU GIVE THAT GENTLEMAN A RAISE!
