It looks and smells like the sweatshop it is. It's a tight space with very little air vents.The powder gel with top came off in less than 2 weeks. I don't recommend.

I am so grateful to have found Cynthia. She is absolutely amazing and is so talented. I used to get my eyebrows threaded at threading studios for years since I have sensitive skin and I was never really truly happy because the results were inconsistent each time that I went back. I’ll never look back and I will continue to see Cynthia for my eyebrow shaping. I am so glad that tweezing is also an option at The Powder Room. I had a waxing done with Jenna and she was amazing! My appointment was originally scheduled for just a Brazilian but they were able to accommodate me when I wanted to add on more services last minute. She literally did my Brazilian, upper leg, and underarms in 30 minutes flat. She's super sweet and great at what she does. Highly recommended!

The salon is always clean & neat in addition to the beautiful decor. I only go here for Jenna, everyone else acts like their mad that a black girl is in the salon. Jenna takes her time, she’s friendly, she is all around a great person & she’s Great at doing her job.

First time getting a Brazilian wax and Jenna was AMAZING! Super quick, not as painful as I expected, and her personality made the whole process (less than 10 mins) a breeze! I would HIGHLY recommend!

I've had only great experiences at the powder room! I started going there about a year ago when Natalie did my eyelashes. Natalie was super talented and always a pleasure. I got so many compliments and their prices can compete with the best places around. I just went to Jenna for the first time for a Brazilian and it was the best wax I've ever had and I've been waxing for years! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I couldn't ask for a better experience, I will absolutely be going back and referring anyone I can.
