This place used to be pleasant! Must be new management now? Now, if one edge of your return box is not taped (even if it’s otherwise secure), they demand $2 for a single piece of tape or they will not accept the return. Nobody likes to feel extorted, even $2 at a time.

First time in this store and I had so many returns! There was a very positive vibe and the guys working seemed like they actually like their job. Randall specifically was very patient and helpful in my indecisiveness. Thank you!

The old Asian man is horrible. I don’t use ups so I can in with a simple return and was unsure how to go about it. He immediately was so rude & nasty. Very unhelpful and dismissive. I left for a minute to gather myself before coming back in & the other employees helped me just fine. He doesn’t need to be working in the front helping people if he can’t control his attitude. Big issue. 0/10.

This is the only UPS location I go to, I’ll drive out of my way just to come here. Every visit has been a smooth, pleasant experience. Even the older Asian gentleman that some people seem to have complaints about has always been polite and professional with me. The entire staff has consistently been kind and helpful. I genuinely appreciate the service at this location. Thank you guys!

I use them mainly for Amazon returns but they are always quick and easy and the staff are always friendly.

Worst UPS store ever! Simply returning an Amazon package becomes so difficult and even insulting! The old grumpy Asian man who claimed as the owner of the store tried to charge me some “extra package fee” for $7 each, which I already have a proper package with. And when I pointed this out, he said”whatever, that is my recommendation you can leave now to do whatever you want..” My jaw dropped - he might have a bad day or something but his attitude is just absurd. I will never come back again to get insulted.

I drop off a few packages here every week - I ship for my biz - and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. Never had any issues! Usually I have my labels already attached, occasionally I use the scan QR code option.
The CVS is technically a little closer and they accept UPS packages but they are nowhere near as personable, I prefer coming here!

First review I've written in many years. It's sad that I've used this store since they opened. No more. Very mean experience today. I don't take the impact of negative reviews lightly but the manager has earned this one and then some.

0 starts. If you care about your packages this is NOT the location you should utilize.
UPS lost my very expensive item and asked me to file a claim from here. Did so on 1.27.25 and was told that while inputting the claim, that system shut down, so it did not populate my details when I clicked on the claims link. I was also not able to upload any supporting docs. Hamza the rep stated he would update me. The manager was/is sloppy and unconcerned. To date 1.30 Hamza has not followed up with me about any status of my claim and I received an email that my claim was resolved for less than a quarter of what my item was worth. Was provided Luis Lascarro Area franchise manager’s number and despite texting and calling got 0 response. Extremely poor customer service and this will NOT be my UPS of choice moving forward for any transaction.
