I visited this post office twice in one day. Both times I was given incomplete information. Thats why I was there twice in one day. There were two men at the counter. Both unconcerned and inconsiderate. I will never return to this USPS store again. I will drive further for better service.

Be careful using the outside mailboxes. We had a check intercepted and it was changed to $5,000. Other individuals had the same thing happen. Was reported to MPD as well as USPS inspectors. Does not look like the individual has been caught. Use at your own risk.

I have to say this is the best USPS store I have ever visited! Here is what happened to me at end of year 2020: I had a crucial bundle of documents to mail to along with a self-expense mail, I felt anxious before visiting the store, the lady who showed up at 8 AM on time helped me patiently through the end, she is professional and informative, step by step walked me through, and today I received my mail back with renewed document! I really appreciate her help and service! God bless you!

The employees are always polite and knowledgeable. Early in the morning there tends to be a line inside so I would suggest going after Noon. No designated parking and it's next to a Starbucks, which is very active!
