I find the different experiences amazing, running the gamut as they do. I have never had a problem there. People complaining about the parking? That's a Montclair issue, not a PO issue. I'm actually surprised the place is still open, given the other two locations, and just have to accept the limitations regarding closing (are the workers not entitled to a lunch break?) and other slight inconveniences.

I can’t imagine what happened to a couple of the customers based on their reviews. My experience is that the Watchung Plaza people & service are just fine. The hours could use some help but that’s all.

The office hour is overwritten manually and not the same as shown on usps website. Rude staff. Never go there.

This branch is tiny, but the service was good, and the line moves quickly. The only reason why I am not going to give it 5 stars is because the hours of operation could be more convenient.

Just want to warn fellow yelpers that this location is NOT open until 5. They have some handwritten sign saying it's open til 12:30 then again 2-3 and closed on weekends.

The worst experience at this post office MULTIPLE times. I arrive before closing and the doors are already locked!!!!! With employees behind the windows looking at you arrive before closing and doing nothing the help. They even lock the doors early before their break.Bad hours, Really bad location, lazy employees, go elsewhere.

It's convenient that there is free 15 minute parking. It's also a nice area, and the storefront is neat. The older white man who works there is definitely racist and/or misogynistic in his demeanor (tone of voice, customer service, etc.). I wouldn't choose this location, despite its convenience.
