I Always dread coming to this location. Only 1 person working here on a busy Saturday. Low on supplies.

Allergic to work. It is the only way to describe my experience with the postal representative at the only window open supposedly there to assist customers. My experience was devoid of customer service, politeness and Post Office protocol. It's no wonder it has a 2.5 star rating.

Awful awful awful customer service. Just like the reviews say. Rude from the first second I was called after waiting in line. They’re the worst. Just despicable.

The best & most courteous post office I have been to. The tellers are always pleasant and helpful. However, I wish there were more people working at times when the lines are long.

I had an issue with an order from amazon that wasn't delivered due to incorrect information. I called USPS since they were the carrier and corrected the address with customer service. Then I got a call from the Montclair USPS saying they have my package and I asked if they could deliver it. An hour later, a USPS employee named Keisha showed up at my door with my package! It was 8:30pm and she went out of her way to make sure that I got my package herself. I was not expecting that and was grateful.

Keisha of the Glenridge Avenue Post Office in Montclair recently helped me with complex post office services. She was thorough, professional, helpful, and got the job done accuratey and efficiently. Thank you, Keisha!

One person working...line 12 people deep...waited for 20 minutes she had only helped two people. This is insanity!

All of the other reviews are most likely inexperienced shippers who didn't have prepaid labels so had to wait longer to pay for a label etc, I see people complaining about a long line when how can usps control that smh, anyway I have been shipping packages here for my business for half a decade I use prepaid labels and the whole operation is SEAMLESS i met 2 super nice people whom I forget there names but I would see them at least 3x a wk when shipping stuff in the most busy times of the year

I receive a letter from the United States Postal Service on May 13, 2024 stated that I need to bring a piece of ID in order to do a in-person change of address. I had to visit a local post office within 20 days of the date of this letter. The clerk told me that I am to late , then after checking it on her screen she told me : I don’t know .Really?Today, June 3, 2024 would be day I’m not late knowing that I still have until tomorrow to complete the 20 days when I told her that, she replied: I don’t know. I guess she can’t count. (my opinion) ?♀️

Had a horrible experience at the USPS location on Glen ridge avenue location in Montclair. Customer service was awful, Wasn't acknowledged as I stood in front of the window for 8 min ( not big deal if she had just said one minute please) It was pure silence not to mention her throwing packages in the back. Customer Service training is definitely needed. Absolutely nasty disposition.
