Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. And we got a copy of our house key. Kim at the cash register was great. We talked and shared pictures for about 20 minutes. It was late on a week day, so we weren't holding anybody up. “Thank you to Route 202 Paul an older gentleman for going above and beyond for me. On 2/20/26, I visited the home depot at 202 NJ with my one month old baby. He walked up to me and asked me if I needed help. He loaded my cart, pushed my cart to the register, put on his rain coat, loaded my truck. My truck was too small for the supplies, he went back in the rain got a rope, and tied my trunk. He made it work for me. He advised me to drive carefully. He went as far as giving me a box cutter for free to cut off the string when I get home. He was an angel sent by God. There are still good ppl. Thank you Mr. Paul. God bless”

I can almost always enter the store, find what I am looking for and check out without seeking assistance. If I do need help, the works are available and eager to support the customers”
“I had a pretty good experience. They picked up my lawn tractor. It took a little longer than expected for them to look at it, but it was under 2 weeks. They responded to texts. It was going to cost more than I wanted to repair, so they disposed of it for me. They also removed the snow plow kit for me, so I could resell it. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant. They were probably just overloaded with work.”
“Had a problem where my phone charger port had debris stuck in it and was looking to buy an air compressor to help fix it. A wonderful employee named Logan helped me find the air compressor and he even helped me to remove the debris from my phone and checked it with me to make sure it charged again! He went above and beyond and he saved me a lot of money getting it fixed by an apple technician. Literally the best service I’ve ever gotten at Lowe’s!”

“I went to this store a month again to buy Benjamin Moore paint for my touch up project. To my surprise, even with the correct code, the paint did not match the color on my bathroom wall. When I explained my frustration to the owner of the store, he went above and beyond both trying to make new ones and adjust the ones we had, with all his effort and dedication, eventually, we were able to get the paint that matches our wall which saved us from re painting the whole bathroom. We are extremely happy with his service and are very glad that we went to his store to buy our paint.”
