“I have to say that every time I walk in this business someone offers to help. I have received great advice and never felt patronized. The store is immaculate and very organized. I would recommend going to Montgomery True Value over the Princeton Ace Hardware store - where I felt like an inconvenience.”

“It is amazing how many things they pack into this store!!! They usually have what I came in for, and I find new useful things when browsing. I really like the kitchenware section. And the people are very helpful. Today I especially appreciated the young salesperson at the front register, Nikki, with her upbeat attitude and readiness to help.”

“Great selection just to get an idea of what you want done and what kind of stone you want to use. Loved the fact that you don't need to make an appointment or go when they're open to just go and look as I did on a Sunday. When they are open, they will also give you a list of places that can do the job!”

“Not sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. Good Customer service these days is a gift~ Thank you Ellen for being my contact person- you are a blessing to boss/bosses- :) I hope they realize how valuable and rare you are~~”

“Thank you to Route 202 Paul an older gentleman for going above and beyond for me. On 2/20/26, I visited the home depot at 202 NJ with my one month old baby. He walked up to me and asked me if I needed help. He loaded my cart, pushed my cart to the register, put on his rain coat, loaded my truck. My truck was too small for the supplies, he went back in the rain got a rope, and tied my trunk. He made it work for me. He advised me to drive carefully. He went as far as giving me a box cutter for free to cut off the string when I get home. He was an angel sent by God. There are still good ppl. Thank you Mr. Paul. God bless”

“Hard to get to, they need a bigger sign and a better address. 1101 is the right address, I was given 1100 which put me across the street in a residential area. Employees get five stars, they were great, friendly and helpful”

“I want to sincerely thank Jason, the store manager, and Bob for going above and beyond to help me. They truly saved the day and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been shopping at Home Depot for over 20 years, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Jason and Bob were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to come across employees who are so dedicated to helping their customers. Home Depot is fortunate to have Jason and Bob on their team. Thank you both for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.”

“Ray and Cynthia went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service when we hit a snag with the delivery of our BBQ grill. Not only did they help troubleshoot the problem when the grill didn't ignite but made a second trip to our home with a tank of gas to help fix the grill. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Well done.”

“Absolutely wonderful service here. We got help from 4 different people. The first one was right when we walked in. We got one of our keys checked out. Turns out there is a chip in it. And we got a copy of our house key. Kim at the cash register was great. We talked and shared pictures for about 20 minutes. It was late on a week day, so we weren't holding anybody up. Highly recommend for you to come to this Lowe's store location! Thanks, y'all!”

“I'm not much of a Big Box home improvement guy since I often find myself completely lost in their retailing hedgerows between the finishing nails and the smart home refrigerators that argue with you over expiration dates. Not in Monmouth Junction. Hidden behind the massive CarMax... Karl Marx used car dealership is a very navigable Home Depot. Apparently out of sight and out of mind this store is never overrun with DIY refugees and as such, sales assistance is far more accessible than their megamall stores. What probably keeps them going are the thicket of contractors which line the parking lot who no doubt appreciate the quick in and out. I debated keeping this one to myself but in the spirit of holiday giving, enjoy. Five easy stars.”

“I got excellent service in the appliance department today. Picked out and paid for what I needed in 15 minutes. Thanks Charlie !!!! Meanwhile at another store I twice tried get a staff member in the appliance department. Even after two employees used their walkie talkies to get someone there, no one showed. Oh well they lost a sale. I will definitely go back to Lowe's in West Windsor for any future appliance purchases I need to make.”
