“Not sure if it's just me but I feel since the pandemic Customer Service most anywhere is just so different. Even when you purchase something that is under a year old, and it is still under warranty the hoops one has to jump through is ridiculous. I don't get easily impressed anymore because my experience as of a year ago was not even satisfactory . Ellen from Hesco Lighting however gave me a glimmer of hope- I had an issue with a purchase, ( it was the product itself) . She didn't ignore my phone calls, she got back to me in a timely manner, She referred me to the right people to get the job done- I mean this woman bent over backwards for me and I really appreciated it. “Thank you to Route 202 Paul an older gentleman for going above and beyond for me. On 2/20/26, I visited the home depot at 202 NJ with my one month old baby. He walked up to me and asked me if I needed help. He loaded my cart, pushed my cart to the register, put on his rain coat, loaded my truck. My truck was too small for the supplies, he went back in the rain got a rope, and tied my trunk. He made it work for me. He advised me to drive carefully. He went as far as giving me a box cutter for free to cut off the string when I get home. He was an angel sent by God. There are still good ppl. Thank you Mr. Paul. God bless”

“I had a pretty good experience. They picked up my lawn tractor. It took a little longer than expected for them to look at it, but it was under 2 weeks. They responded to texts. It was going to cost more than I wanted to repair, so they disposed of it for me. They also removed the snow plow kit for me, so I could resell it. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant. They were probably just overloaded with work.”

“Amazing customer service. I went there on November 1st. They were closing at night, and they stayed until I got a key copy. They were kind and the key worked very well. And the price was excellent. Two key duplicates for less than 5 dollars. Those key copy machines at the supermarkets charge 10 dollars per key copy and they don't work when you have an original key!!!!!”
