These people are great! Allison and Chris are helpful and informative. I purchased a used laptop from them and used their services to clean a computer from a business partner that I bought out. They can help make some of the most complicated tech problems “simple”.

Very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. They helped me upgrade to Windows 11 and performed routine maintenance on my desktop. The transition was seamless and easy. I also purchased a refurbished device from them and absolutely love it. Highly recommend!

If you have a problem with your computer -- or --are buying a new computer, Technician X is THE PLACE to go. They are tech geniuses and superb at their work. In-House or House calls. Worth every penny. They have "saved the day" for us on two recent occasions. We are fortunate to have them in our community.

Terrible experience. I left my laptop here to be checked for a possible virus. After paying and going home, I realized that the charger returned to me was not the original charger. It did not fit properly into the charger slot and was much smaller than the original charger. It was unable to charge my laptop battery. My battery died as a result of not being charged. They effectively broke my laptop. I was heartbroken by this failure. Now my laptop takes forever to come on and will not stay on if unplugged.
I went in person to complain and did not receive satisfaction. The staff denied misplacing my original charger. I now have to go out and buy a new laptop. I cannot understand the good reviews for this company and will never recommend this shop to anyone.
