For a small post office I would say it is efficient, friendly, employees are very knowledgeable. I actually drive past my post office and go a few more miles to BelleMead post office just for smiles and the friendly employees.

Manager was running reports off the window clerks computer, and told me I had to wait. 15 minutes. Quite rude. Disappointed.

I have to tell you that I'm extremely pleased with Belle Mead Post Office. Its neighbor Hillsborough post office is slower than a Turtle with arthritis. I'm sure they're nice people but when the line is super long they don't seem to be able to quicken their pace. At Belle Meade they are quick, thorough, and instructive. They teach people how to prepare packages and how to print their postage prior to coming to the service desk. Other post office have people filling out forms and taping packages closed right at the counter while people wait. Their approach is to educate and serve the community so everyone can get in and out as quickly as possible. I've been meaning to create this review for a long time and finally getting to it. Of course their are high traffic times like early morning and lunch time when people are doing errands. Try to avoid those times if you can and I can assure you that you will have a nice experience. If I could provide a minus, I would. The post master, Jaresh Patel was completely rude! Interruptive! And completely unprofessional. It's uncalled for as they are there to serve the public and be of service and assistance! I could not even complete a sentence. How can she help if she does not listen!

The Belle Mead post office has severely gone down hill. I called to report a problem with my mail delivery and spoke with Nazim, the postmaster. She provided the worst customer service I’ve ever had from a government post office. She was extremely rude, she would not let me completely explain the issue without interrupting me consistently, and she even had an attitude which I’m not sure where that came from and why she was so unprofessional on the phone. This is not my first experience with her and being that this is a second experience that I’ve had that was extremely unpleasant, I decided to write a review. If I could have given this post office a zero star I would. Because I had an issue with them where they lost a money order that I sent to one of my vendors, and they could not do anything to help me with that issue. I only called them because they made a mistake with the delivery of a package to my home and I had no other choice but to call this local post office. But I usually ride past them and patronize another POST OFFICE in the next town because the staff at this one will give you a headache and this is not supposed to happen in business. They need to re-staff starting from the postmaster on down.

Unfriendly staff. I go to this location often because it is so close and am a generally friendly person but there is one lady that usually works there during the mornings and her tone when talking is extremely rude and condescending.
