Verizon provides excellent and exceptional service. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, courteous, and fun to work with. They are very helpful and efficient, handling phone upgrades, account reorganization, and bill reductions with speed. Customers report a very pleasant experience and highly recommend this store. Many state they will never go anywhere else, citing the great people as the reason they stay with Verizon.
