I wanna start by saying Matt was AMAZING!!! He was super knowledgeable, made the entire process smooth & very fast, and his customer service skills were amazing; he was so friendly! Ive been an AT&T customer for a while and have been to a handful of stores & have worked with many associates, but this Montvale location has been the best one. I highly recommend asking for Matt if you ever need assistance! This store is about 30 minutes from me… but I will be making it my go-to from now on. A HUGE thank you to Matt!

I have internet house phone. voice over Internet protocol port to an to cell phone service. Twice I was told there was a pending port to a different carrier then ATT. After having the orders cancelled and reissued by Vonage I told again that there was a pending order. I told ATT rep that there 2 previous orders canceled and reissued. I was able to get the number ported ATT a day or 2 prior to returning to ATT store. The went into unpaid or late payment status because there was no account prepaid because it was not setup. I already have an other ATT prepaid number account I abolutely do not was change or knocked because I need to get texts to prove that I am the person authorized to access accounts set up with that number. The reason wanted to port the number from Vonage to a cell phone is because I need to receive text links to prove I was authorizes to access other websites espeacialy LOGIIN.GOV. LOGIN.GOV once proven you are authorized to use can login into social security .gov | the IRS.gov | and the VA.gov.
My Vonage number was ported to ATT , I paid for prepaid service. I had the old Vonage number port to an esim number in my dual sim Galaxy cell phone. keeping also the original number on the physical micros sim card. I believe the voice for the new phone number and pin was set in the store. The next day the original cell phone number would not dial out and I could not access the voice mail box any more. On the phone it stated I need photo my driver license I do believe. I beieve I received the notice before the phone stopped working. I still am unable to take photos to a link to prove that I am authorized to use the accounts Robbert the store assocate started helping right immediately. I explained wanting to take a photo was requested. Robbert was the other could not call. not sure now if it could not receive texts. Robbert swapped out the sim card. The original number on the sim work again. The he set the new pin number for the account for me. I was then able with the new pin set up my voice mail box and setting and record my greeting. I Am very very very grateful for the help I received at that ATT store. The store is in a different state then where I live. Robbert also state if I combined the two accounts I could reduce my service costs by 10$. I could also reduce my service costs by 5$ by setting up auto pay. Robbert also informed me being concern about keeping the number that because I brought the phone and port / brought the number in the future I would be able to port the number to and other carrier. If I should move again I can take the number with me or port it to a house phone again. I have received other from that store in Montvale, NJ, Again I am very very very Grateful for the service.
Since I reset my word for login. gov | site stated I will have to be mailed an autheriztion code because the password is encrypted with the pass code. I know never give up.

I was not happy with the cost of ATT, and we had been good customers over 20 years. ATT in Montvale was a great experience, helpful, courteous, and even fun. We left with a big smile on our faces!

Deceptive practices and hidden fees. Went to drop off an old phone, and the employee said he could reduce my bill by upgrading my service. Turns out my bill ended up being more, and I was charged a $35 “upgrade fee” AND I lost my HBO Max which was included in my old plan. None of this was disclosed to me prior to signing.

You will have a great experience every time you visit this AT&T store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helps upgrade your phone quickly without any pressure. They explain the plan options clearly and make sure everything is set up before you leave. I highly recommend this location for fast and professional service!

I must share with you the experience I had at AT&T in Montvale with Joseph Hincape. In all my years and trust me, there are plenty. I have never had a salesman/gentlemen, take the time to set me up with a new phone and explain all the different aspects. Joe went out and went above any and all expectations in sending me on my way with a new phone.
He further went on to explain all the charges that were associated with my purchase and further explained the charges that I will incur forthcoming.
I’m sure you can tell I was more than a bit impressed with Joe.
Every AT&T store should have a Joe Hincapie; Lucky AT&T, Montvale, and lucky me!!!😊

I just happened to walk in there and a nice young man named Joe said he would help me. He was lovely and didn’t treat me like stupid just because I was a singer. I love that store. They have helped me numerous times. Keep hiring such great people. Thank you

My experience at the store is phenomenal. I believe he is the manager or someone in charge. He helped me with the purchase, transfer and later on old phone return. He is definitely super knowledgeable and he was fast but same time took the time to explain everything. You can’t beat this type of service and support. Amazing!!
