I spoke with Stephen about fixing my windshield wiper, and even though he was fully booked, he still found time to accommodate me. I also asked him to install a headlight bulb I bought from Amazon, but it turned out to be defective. Despite the time he spent on it, he didn't charge me at all. You can really see his integrity and strong work ethic. I know very little about cars, but I felt confident that he wouldn't take advantage of me. I wish everyone had the same values as him!.”
