I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with Chase Bank, specifically highlighting a distressing encounter with one of their employees - Geri Cuicci. My recent attempt to open a high school checking account for my daughter was nothing short of a nightmare, and sadly, this isn't the first time I've had a negative experience with this particular employee.Despite providing all the necessary documents, the incompetence displayed by the employee in question reached new heights. It is sad to encounter an individual who not only lacks the basic understanding of account opening procedures but also fails to learn from past mistakes. This is not an isolated incident, as I have faced similar issues with the same employee in the past.During this latest interaction, the employee seemed utterly incapable of navigating through the straightforward process of opening a high school checking account. Despite my diligence in presenting all required identification the employee struggled to comprehend the procedure, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. She had to leave the office numerous time for 10-15 minutes at a time to go ask other colleagues for their advise. she even brought in her manager which was just as helpful and seemed to have no idea how to open a bank account.What adds insult to injury is the fact that I've previously raised concerns about this employee's performance, but it seems that no corrective action has been taken. The lack of improvement suggests a systemic failure in employee training and supervision at Chase Bank, reflecting poorly on the institution as a whole.The impact of this incompetence is not only measured in the time wasted during my visits but also in the disappointment faced by my daughter, who was left without a high school checking account due to the inability of a supposed banking professional. This is unacceptable and goes against the very essence of customer service.Opening a high school checking account should be a routine and hassle-free process, and it is disheartening to witness a prominent bank like Chase fall short in providing basic services. I strongly urge Chase to address these issues promptly, reevaluate their employee training programs, and ensure that customers do not have to endure such frustrating encounters in the future.

Tried to open an account today, Had an appointment with Geri Cuicci and from the very beginning she gave me a terrible attitude. After 40 minutes talking to her she told me she couldn’t help me and she basically send me home.

Don’t know anything about the bank, but the design is incredible. I never stepped foot inside, but the striking exterior architecture flabbergasted my inner design senses. The correct amount rustic vibe was thrown in with a modern touch, from the logo position, to the barn doors on the side and everything in between. I could only imagine what the inside looks like. 5 stars in the design!
