The cashier at the pharmacy is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Unfortunately I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with her several times. Sad knowing how nice most of the other people working at this CVS are (outside the pharmacy)

I want to recgonize Remy B at store #04163 for helping me out on Friday night July 25, 2025! My husband and I were staying at the Courtyard Marriot. We were in the area for a Celebration of Life for my husband’s sister. He was coordinating details with all the local relatives, when he realized is phone was out of juice. He tried to connect the charger he brought, but it was not connecting with his phone. Remy came to the rescue by locating the correct adapter and phone cable with a “C” opening! She was patient and thorough making sure I had the right devices to use with his Android phone, while also choosing reasonably priced items!!

I don’t know how understaffed their pharmacy department is but everyone there was rude and cold. We waited in line for a long time and The cashier in the pharmacy dept was not even trying to be helpful. I then waited for a long time to speak to a pharmacist (blond woman) and she did not even look at me during the whole conversation. Her attitude also threw me off and I didn’t even bother saying “thank you” before I left. Night and day compared to the acme Mahwah pharmacy I normally go to.

Unfortunately, my partner had a bad experience with one of the pharmacists. When she asked about a prescription that was out of stock for a couple of months, the pharmacist responded rudely and unfairly. It was a mere question that was answered with an attitude. I understand that people have bad days, but that doesn’t give one an excuse to be rude to a stranger. Be better.

Worst pharmacy in what must be all of northern NJ. Just go to the one on Kinderkamack Rd, down Grand Ave. You will save yourself a lot of unnecessary stress I tell you!

CVS my local store in Chestnut Ridge, Montvale, NJ has been very helpful to me and I particularly appreciate Carmen the pharmacist and other staff in both the store and pharmacy- who helped me through the years. CVS has promotions, coupons and extra cash savings/rewards. The CVS online system is great and I got texts for when my medications are ready or if there’s issue - CVS would help.
