Upscale gym with lots of personal space. Plenty of equipment, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, classes, daycare for tots, etc. Staff works hard to keep the facility clean.

Excellent staff, clean and top of the line facilities including pool, sauna, jacuzzi and of course the fitness center. I just wished there were more machines since the gym is always packed.

The decision to admit elderly members on Medicare has created a significant disparity in the gym's atmosphere. While charging a premium for an upscale experience, the reality is that the availability of amenities, particularly swimming lanes, has been compromised. The gym's management needs to address this issue to ensure a fair and satisfactory experience for all members.

My wife got a massage from Nir at the spa and it was by far the best massage she had ever had in her life.

After years as a member, I will be cancelling my membership. Let me paint you the picture of the issues going on at this gym. For years the men’s shower pressure was very low and many members complained and management did nothing. Then the gym was doing some construction and the men’s and women’s locker room swapped with one another for a few days. When we started using the women’s locker room we noticed their water pressure was excellent and for years of complaining on the men’s side, they did nothing. Now that everyone knew, they increased the water pressure on the men’s side. Another issue is I just found out that they are increasing my membership dues by $20 again for the second time in the last 2 years from $179 to $200 by an email from manager Joseph Allard stating rate is still $20 lower than that for new members. How can you continue to increase rates when a lot of gym equipment keeps breaking down and you don’t fix it, Showers are always dirty, no staff wants to work there because of the way they are treated, as others have mentioned underage kids all over the place cursing and harassing members, people of color are looked down upon and treated differently by staff, personal trainers charge an arm and a leg for sessions and hardly help any of their client from what I’ve heard, on top of that I’ve seen personal trainers and clients laughing at members who aren’t using proper form to lift instead of correcting them because all they care about is the money they are getting paid, basketball courts are filled with teenagers who will run full court games and don’t let other members play on the court, they have made half of the weightlifting area with like 25 power cages for deadlifts/squats etc geared more towards younger kids and very little equipment and machines for older clients, dumbbell area only has 5 adjustable benches that are always taken, pool with bandaids floating around and kids for lifeguards, no cold water in the showers if you want to take a cold shower, enough is enoughIn all honesty, this gym has potential, but when management at the end is a business that cares more about increasing dues every few years to profit off the working class who work hard to come here and are treated like garbage, it’s time to find another gym. Many other members have had enough and are leaving when you start charging monthly dues close to $300 a month soon. I guess only the upper wealthy class will be able to afford this gym soon.

Lifetime Gym offers an impressive array of facilities and services that cater to a diverse range of fitness needs. The gym boasts state-of-the-art equipment, a variety of fitness classes, and knowledgeable trainers who are always ready to assist. The cleanliness and maintenance of the gym are commendable, creating a pleasant workout environment. However, it's disheartening to note that as a person of color, my experience at Lifetime Gym has been marred by instances of racism. Despite the gym's physical excellence, the emotional toll of encountering racism within its walls has been significant. In order for Lifetime Gym to truly be an exceptional fitness center, it needs to prioritize fostering an inclusive and respectful atmosphere for all members, regardless of their background. While the gym's facilities and offerings are noteworthy, it's imperative that they take proactive steps to address and rectify any instances of racism. By promoting diversity, offering cultural sensitivity training to staff, and implementing a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, Lifetime Gym can work towards becoming a space where all individuals feel safe, supported, and free from prejudice.

Honestly just awful place to workout if you’re a young professional. Kids and teens all over the place 24/7. If you don’t have kids, then this place will just feel like an after school special. It’s like cheap babysitting for parents. When I get out of work I want a more zen environment, but you enter the locker room and it’s full of teen girls and younger screaming and carrying on. FaceTiming friends while in the sauna, and in the locker room invading your privacy . I was nude in the sauna and a 10/12 yr old girl was FaceTiming her friend or bf.Even the weight area has kids that look under 10 on equipment. For the $200 a month price tag, it def does not have the luxury/ high end vibes like other luxury gym. This place caters to kids and families and Kids/teens will sit on equipment scrolling through social media knowing ppl are waiting for them to finish. Will probably just go to equinox instead. My suggestion is they make a separate area for just kids and teens separate from adults. These families are alienating anyone else that comes here for a luxury experience and doesn’t want to workout w kids running all over the place. The place is always so dirty too! I walked out to about 4 different stations for wipes all of which were inaccessible. Ppl on the stairmaster never wipe down their sweat. Just gross!

I love this place. Lifetime is the creme of creme of gyms. The classes (surrender), fitness instructors(Karina), open workout floors, the locker rooms were always clean (clean showers), sauna and steam room..what a delight. If you could afford it great but the membership is a hefty price tag.

I'm a member who comes there to play basketball with a group of friends, who also signed up for basketball and working out. In the recent months there has been a massive push with pickleball and they take over the basketball courts. There is no one to talk to about this from management and they seem to not care about the basketball people who come there to play ball. We are all planning on canceling our membership since there is no action from management.

facilities: great. Floor staff: great. Office staff: TERRIBLE. And the last makes this gym not worth going to, in my opinion.

Place is great. However, the service is another level of nasty. The people working at the gym are great. Behind the scenes, the office workers were terrible and really need to learn to treat the members better!!
