“OMG .... how did I ever missed going to Rite Aid in Waldwick, NJCVS and Walgreens can take a lesson on how this store is laid out and managed, it deserves 6 stars.... the lighting is SUPERB ...no harsh fluorescent like lights but softer, mood lighting; nice wide aisles not over loaded with so many things you can never find what you are looking for as in the case of CVS ... this Rite Aid provides you with a sense of peace and calm while shopping .... and let me add the store is really clean !!!But what is a nicely laid out, clean and well stocked store without a motivated team of employees supporting it...and I do mean a "team". I dont know if he is the store manager...but he definitely is a " team " leader and a strand out at that... his name is Johnathan. Rite Aid, take NOTE ... Jonathan is a real asset.I went to Rite Aid initially to get an item not carried by other pharmacies in the area. Upon entering and approaching the cashier area I asked an individual, who I later learned was Johnathan , for what I wanted and he quickly called over another individual to assist me. I could hear him giving his co-worker specific instructions on what I needed given that the employee was not totally familiar with the process.I paid and left the store quite content.However, not until I got home did I realize that what I picked up was the wrong item. I returned a few days later to exchange it and there I met Jonathan again who recognized me. I told him what the issue was and he said no problem. This time he got Barbara to help me knowing she had the experience I needed too correctly get what I came in for. Barbara as well had a very pleasant demeanor and managed to get me the right product.Upon leaving the store I commented to Jonathan on what a great team he and his employees made and he nodded and smiled saying ... yes we try hard to work as a team.NOTE --- I see how back in 2014 , at this same pharmacy , a few reviewers dinged Rite Aide for their poor customer service.... I can guarantee you that since then times have changed and for the better.Again...all I can say is that this is the first time I've ever written a review about a pharmacy ....but how could I not given the great shopping experience !!!.”

“I don't know what's up with the negative reviews but I've been using this company for years to send money to the Dominican Republic. It's the only service my elderly aunt uses. The rates are affordable and she gets the money the next day. The one thing I will comment is that sometimes the attendants are a little slow in taking care of customers and you'll have to wait. I wish they had at least TWO attendants but every time I visit, there's only one.”

“I brought my daughter to the pharmacy tonight for her COVID-19 Pfizer shot. She is 7 and petrified of needles. She was a complete wreck during our appointment, so much so that we kept on having to leave the room and let other kids go in front of us because she couldn't calm down. Michele S in the pharmacy was a god send. I wouldn't have made it through without her. She was calm, kind, funny and thoughtful, and tried every trick in the book with my daughter. She finally got the shot in her arm after an hour. I can't thank Michele S (and Larry, also in the pharmacy) for their kindness and patience on such a stressful evening! Now thanks to them, my daughter is protected!”

“The contractor we hired recommended Kuiken as we are from out of town and had no idea where to go in Jersey! So we ventured out to the factory/showroom early Saturday morning (be mindful of their half day Saturday schedule) and were very pleased with our visit! The showroom has everything you would want, from upclose samples to detailed installation examples. Everything you would need to see to get a real idea of what you were working with. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are quick to respond to calls and emails. We parked just around the driveway where the storage was and got to see the back of house which is always exciting! They keep everything very well organized and clean which is a huge plus in my book. Even the guys in the back were nice. We received our molding at the end of last week and they were in constant contact with us and delivery was on time and a smooth process (which is a serious blessing for anyone who knows how this can go). Im a fan of Kuiken! Already told a few friends who are also renovating in Jersey to look them up!”
