I ordered a white chocolate mocha latte, and I was given hot chocolate with whipped cream. Now I have to survive the rest of my day with no caffeine. I normally come here for hot tea which they make me well, but will never be ordering coffee at this location again

I have come to this location many times. Each time the employees have such a nasty or rude demeanor. Also they definitely water down their refreshers. Never taste like it should. I ordered two drinks and asked for a tray to carry them and my additional pastries to my car. I asked the barista for a tray and was pointed to a corner shelf to get my own tray as she walked away from me .I would have much preferred customer service like other Starbucks where they put the drinks in the tray for you. Btw Starbucks it is not always obvious someone’s disabilities and the attitudes and demeanor of the staff need serious work at this location. I must say there were times I felt it was a racial bias towards me however based on the other reviews here it is clear they are horrible with customer service and handcrafted products.

Front row parking should be reserved for customers coming in and out of the store. Instead an entitled Starbucks employee leaves their car parked here every day in a busy parking lot where there is barely enough parking for the customers!!!! This red car is here every single day and takes the best spot in the lot.

Stop putting 1/4 of whipped cream in the lattes and when I ask for it fixed it doesn’t taste like the ordered drink anymore — I get this exact beverage from various locations. Y’all may be busy but do the drinks correctly. People would rather wait than to have you screw up their $7 drinks.

There is NO drive through. I tried stopping by with a sleeping baby in the car but since there is no drive through even though it says there is on Google maps I have to go even further out of my way

Stopped here on the way to Newark Airport. Had an hour wait because flight was delayed so we stopped in here to wait.5 people behind the counter and customers came in waves. Slow at most time busy at others. We walked into a messy seating area and not one employee came out to wipe down tables sweep the floor or throw away left over empty cups. Yes I agree some customers are disgusting and leave their trash every where. But not to keep your establishment clean for those of us who don't want to get sick is a bit much. I get it during slow times I get employees like to chat but I was always taught in the restaurant business keep your hands moving and keep wiping things down while you talk! Glad I don't live in the area or so I don't have to be back!

I usually don’t leave reviews but the staff here is deserving of one. The barista’s I encountered were extremely rude. I came in for a mobile order trying to get in and out as I was carrying a baby who was waking and getting agitated. When I received my item, there were not the add ins that usually come with the oatmeal. I politely asked the girl handling mobile orders (name began with an A I’m not sure exactly what her nametag said) for the add ins and she said yes I’ll get them. She proceeded to continue mobile orders, go start making other drinks and take orders. I asked another girl and she rudely said to go ask the register however I had already asked that girl because she was the one who was at mobile orders before. Usually when I ask at the mobile order area other Starbucks have no issues helping me. The third girl I asked finally helped me but you would expect that when you have a mobile order it is correct and if not, fixed quickly. My request was not difficult at all, I am always overly friendly but this experience made me extremely upset because so many were rude to me especially when I had a baby in tow.
