Sunoco, located at key points along the Garden State Parkway, offers a convenient stop for drivers in need of fuel, food, and rest facilities. The service station at the entrance from Connecticut provides a large area with good parking, a variety of food options like Dunkin Donuts, Nathan’s, and Burger King, and clean restrooms. While the food choices are available, they tend to be slightly overpriced, especially compared to nearby restaurants at other exits. Fuel prices at Sunoco can be higher—about 30-40 cents more than wholesale stores like Costco or Bjs—so many drivers prefer to fill only a small amount of fuel here and then head to cheaper stations. The gas prices are updated weekly and can sometimes be better than local stations, though at times they are higher. Service quality varies; some customers report friendly and quick service, while others experience slow service or unfriendly attendants. The station's size and pump availability are generally adequate, but wait times can occur, especially when staff are busy or unavailable. Overall, Sunoco serves as a practical stop with decent facilities, but drivers should be prepared for higher prices and occasional delays.
Large gas station at the Northern end of the Garden State Parkway. I believe gas prices are only changed once a week by the average price of a gallon of gas. Sometimes the price is better then local stations and at other times higher. Friendly service quick in and out.
