I came in desperately needing help to set up my dads account, never having visited a TD bank before and Vickiana wasted no time in helping us and was extremely thorough in her methods to make sure we were able to complete what we needed. She truly represents “The human side of banking” and thanks to her I will be opening a TD account very soon.

CHANGE BANKS - MAJOR ISSUES - IF YOU WORK THEIR, FIND EMPLOYMENT ELSEWHERE -- computer system glitches, customer service disconnects you, they sent me a secure account message and told to fax a signed letter to close an account. Not eveyone has a fax. AND in their Template secure message THE FAX NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED. MAJOR ISSUES WITH THEIR SYSTEMS.

Service needs improvement, waited over 15 minutes for service. The branch manager decided to assist someone else while the person before us was already being serviced.

Did we not pay the landscaping bills? I thought you guys were closed down that's how bad and overgrown your bank looks. I feel bad the staff is nice but what a disaster the presence of your bank looks like.

The representative, Bikiana, that helped my colleague and I today was very helpful. Sadly the manager, Albert, was rather rude. One should NEVER say to a customer "do you need to vent, because I will wait". A branch manager's duty is to oversee the daily operations of the branch. This includes, but not limited to, the oversight of costumer service. If the general manager is rude to customers, this sets a bad example to employees as well as the supportive staff of the branch. I tend to leave 4 or 5 stars, so if I leave a poor review, it means someone or something really disturbed me. Seeing as I am not the only individual to leave a negative review specifically targeting the management of the branch over the past 6 months, the HR department of TD Bank should do a review and address the issue. At the very least, some form of remediation on professionalism in the work place should be administered. We are seriously considering closing our account and moving it to Chase up the street.

I'm usually generous with good reviews. But TD bank is awful. Their customer service is terrible. I would reccomend Wells Fargo a Mile down the road in Woodcliff Lake.

Do not go to this office unless you want to wait unnecessary and be treated as an annoyance. The tellers are competent and generally pleasant, however, the manager has no concept of customer service to say the least. Both he and the bank would be well suited if he chose a different profession. I has never been treated in any other bank or branch as I have in this office.

So they put these signs up on the door randomly on a Monday morning. Three employees sitting in their chairs with no customers inside. The bank was NOT closed and you could enter the bank contrary to the sign. When I asked the manager why people are walking away and not coming in he said they are short staffed and the sign clearly indicates that for deposits and withdrawals they want customers to use the drive thru but that the lobby was open. He pointed to the mobile check in sign that has been on the glass since early 2020 as the indicator that the bank was open inside. I'm not sure if he printed the sign himself or even saw it- he actually argued with me and tells me the sign is not confusing and that people should know the lobby is open. He should be fired immediately. Either he is grossly incompetent and didn't even look at the sign I was referring to or he didn't care to work and further more he didn't want to hear me complain so he said "let's get you out of here as quickly as possible".Do NOT ever visit this branch. I have been banking with TD since it was Commerce Bank bank in 90's. How far they have fallen. Stay away.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most incompetent and unfriendly bank branch I have ever visited. The manager is a disgrace. They don't have a clue of what they are doing and customer service is a totally foreign concept to them- rude, sloppy...useless. Closed all accounts. Bank of America right up Chestnut Ridge Road is a breath of fresh air.
