Very rude owner. Talks to you like you are stupid. Accepted my Amazon return and instead of processing as three separate returns, it was all placed under one barcode. Returned to the store asking them to assist and started blaming me. I'm out $180 as Amazon will never connect the dots on items received without a barcode.

Some of the nicest people work here. They really try to help and are always courteous. I have done notary, Amazon returns and shipped packages out. I always try to use them when I'm doing any kind of shipment.

Suri and Jessica tracked a package that was not scanned in saddle brook when it got to that facility and followed up with saddle brook to get package scanned and delivered to its final destination ok. Jessica was very patient and understanding and made all the calls on my behalf. Her manager Suri called me to follow up with status updates. Very helpful and professional

I strongly recommend avoiding the UPS Store in Montvale, NJ. Jessica, a staff member at the store, was incredibly rude and lacked any sense of customer service. She was combative and unaccommodating, making every visit unpleasant. It's clear she needs serious training on how to be polite and respectful. There's no excuse for such poor behavior!
