They claim there last pick up is 6:30 but that’s a lie. I dropped off a package at 5:30 and next morning they claimed that I missed the last pickup. Terrible customer service. Absolutely useless….. avoid at all cost.

Five stars all the way for The UPS Store! From shipping parcels to printing services, they excel in every aspect. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any inquiry. The convenience of their location coupled with their efficient service makes them my go-to for all my shipping and printing needs. I highly recommend The UPS Store to anyone seeking top-notch service and reliability.

Staff is horrible…young Hispanic girl working didn’t even give me 1 minute to pull up my Amazon QR code before taking another customer….and then said well I’m going to have other customers wait just because of you… despite having two staff working…and the other guy had no customer…this is right around the corner from me and I’ll never do business here…

The staff at the store are helpful, friendly, fast and efficient. I am there multiple times per week and have never had any issues. I’m always surprised to see the low ratings on Google because they provide excellent customer service!

I avoid the UPS Store, Montvale, NJ as the staff are very rude, not accommodating and lack CustomerService on every level. I had no choice but to use them today, and nothing has changed. RUDE!! I was being charge $2.00 for a 2" piece of tape to secure the box. They staff is combative to the customers. I walked out with my box. They need to be taught how to be nice and respectful. No excuse!

Employee very smugly told me that UPS cannot scan USPS packages or give receipts even though I do this normally at my local UPS store. Packages are left out with no one watching them and can easily be stolen.

Returning a rug to Amazon that was rolled up in a long clear bag. The bag opened a LITTLE at the top seam, so little that the rug wouldn't nearly fit through it but I asked for a 2 inch MAXIMUM length of a piece of tape, and the woman who was "helping" me said my options were to buy a whole roll or pay $2 for the 2 inch piece of tape. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and laughed... I had to repeat it back to her... "wait, just the smallest little piece so it doesn't get caught on something and rip open completely is going to cost me a whole roll of tape or $2???" She said, "that's correct" so I continued to laugh and I left. I've had other UPS stores tape boxes for me, pack things, give me the box for free even if shipping is extreme... this place is heinous. Go to another UPS - luckily there are a lot in our area. Don't give these people your business.

I had been a 13-year mailbox renter at this UPS Store. The recent rudeness, disorganization and general poor level if service has caused me to decide to not renew my mailbox. The management seems non-existent. The employees seem not interested in providing customer service. Stay away and look for another UPS Store until this one gets its act together.

This is the worst UPS store I’ve ever been to. The manager was not helpful, and was not kind or understanding. Simply was not cool and was treating customers like she was a robot with no emotions or feelings. A drill sergeant during Boot Camp has better social skills than this person does.

The lady behind the counter was rude and dismissive and seemed to relish in providing bad serivce. Previous posters have already identified her. Had several boxes to return via amazon. As posters described previously, got nickled and dimed for taping a flap on the box. This may be the store policy, but the staff seems to go out of their way to be particularly rude about the whole experience. She then proceeded to instruct me to take the box to the back of the store, failry certain it is not the customer responsibiity to do so. The fact that 90% of reviews in the last year are one star and the owner seems to respond to every single one but nothing changes, only suggests that he isn't concerned with the state of things and is only doing the "lip service" of listening to his customers. So unless the customers just stop goiung there, nothing will ever change. It's my last visit to this store.

This store just lost a valuable customer. My husband and I have been going here for many years, yesterday I was returning a package which I always print the label out anyway, because not sure if they need it or not and I was told I needed seal the package up and attach the label. I don’t mind doing that but I asked if I could use the tape and I was told yes, but he would have to charge me three dollars. wow.!!!! You can’t give me a strip of tape without charging three dollar??? Whole Foods from here on. UPS Montvale you’ve lost a customer.Maybe you should practice a little bit of common courtesy, a customer friendly service

The attitude of your employees are next level, they are rude and very unprofessional. I am a continues customer and not even once I felt welcome into your store, while being online a few of us witnessed some rude acts and if we had a choice we will go somewhere else .They need better training or get new employees who cares for the storeThank you
