Bravo, USPS! Truly, a gold-standard performance in how to absolutely destroy a child’s excitement. My daughter carefully picked out and mailed a special package for her little cousins—a sweet, thoughtful gesture from a kid who just wanted to make someone’s day. But thanks to your black hole of a facility, that parcel has vanished. Gone. Like socks in a dryer, but sadder. And she’s crying. A lot.
I especially love how tracking updates just stop, as if the package reached the Bermuda Triangle behind your sorting desk. It’s like USPS decided: “You know what would be fun? Losing a child’s heartfelt gift and pretending it never existed.”
So kudos. You’ve managed to turn a sweet family moment into a lesson in disappointment, bureaucracy, and the miracle of modern incompetence. I’ll be sure to recommend your services to my enemies.

Doshi was incredibly rude. i knew he wasn’t properly forwarding my mail as he wasn’t following the directions in the email i received directly from usps. i tried to ask questions, but he was too busy on the phone and waving hand gestures in my face instead. a week later and i haven’t received any of my mail. it’s all going to my old address. definitely never returning to this location.

First of all the LOBBY HOURS ARE INCORRECT..it's not open 24 hours. I went there are 12/26, got their at 4:50PM and the door was locked. I called, no one answered. People have sent me mail and it was returned to them for NO REASON. I showed them the envelope, and all the man did was shrug his shoulders. There is a staff member that is completely out of line, I have been in business for years, never experienced anything like this. I feel like complaining to the Postmaster General.

This specific post office says that it is their policy to NOT SCAN Priority Mail items when they receive them, ONLY FIRST CLASS. When multiple packages have gone missing this holiday season with no scans at all or scans weeks later at other destinations, this helps to explain WHY this is happening but does not excuse that the post office should be scanning in EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE they receive. USPS Corporate says all packages should be scanned upon receiving per their corporate policy, so this post office is violating USPS rules. Every time I have called, Silvia is not help. Doshi is the only one who has ever been helpful. AVOID and use another PO location if you can.

Very poor customer service every time I come here. All of the employees act like customers are a nuisance. Avoid it for the post office down the road.

Postman walked up to my home-bound father who is an 88 year old man with lung disease and dementia. He was 2 feet away with no mask. Then he asked my 86 year old mother to come outside to get her signature. Completely unsafe and possibly deadly behavior. Post officers: Please follow CDC guidelines: 6 feet social distance and wear a mask. You are interacting with very vulnerable people who are sheltering at home to avoid COVID. Do not bring it to our doorstep.
