“I’ve been very happy taking my two cars here for the past 5 years and always leave satisfied. I’ve had a wide range of work done, including major work from an accident. When that happened, my insurance company tried to push an unrealistic estimate that would’ve cut corners on the repair, but Romola’s pushed back and made sure my car was restored 100% and refused to let my insurance company take advantage of me.
Another time I brought my car in for a routine oil change shortly after they had replaced my brakes. They noticed the brakes were wearing unusually fast due to a parts defect. They swapped out the defective ones, and had the entire brake job completely redone free of charge by the time I went to pick it up, no questions asked. They are honest and truly go above and beyond to look out for their customers. Highly recommended!”
