To say I was impressed with Marc and his team was an understatement. As a first time home buyer, naturally you are going to have a ton of questions and the entire team at Guaranteed Rate delivered time and time again. Not all lenders are the same and by going with Marc and his team, I can say that this step was significantly easier than anticipated. I would highly recommend!!!

Everything was fantastic! Marc & his entire team are quick, efficient and very trustworthy. What is normally a daunting process was painless and very self-explanatory via the emails & portal. Marc was also able to connect us with a wonderful relator in our area that helped search for & schedule showings with new listings only a few days on the market. Thanks to Marc and his great team at Guaranteed. Great communication throughout the whole process, gave me a bunch of different options and we were lucky enough to have some conditions improve before the closing that resulted in a quarter point drop on the rate from what was quoted. Great team, from the first call to the closing, phenomenal job!
